GORDO has officially taken over Tuesdays at Pacha Ibiza, bringing his TARAKA concept to the legendary club for a six-week residency running from August 25 to September 29, 2026.
The residency marks an important new chapter for the artist, as it is GORDO's first dedicated residency at Pacha Ibiza, following years of appearances on the island as a guest DJ.
TARAKA Arrives at Pacha
The opening night on August 25 featured GORDO alongside Vanjee, Wade, Gustavo Domínguez and Gala, with the club running from 11pm until 6am.
TARAKA is GORDO's own underground-focused concept, built around extended DJ sets rather than the short performances typically associated with festival line-ups.
The idea is to give the DJ more time to develop a musical journey, with the sound centred around house and tech-house, combined with strong Latin influences and percussion.
Six Tuesdays, Six Different Line-Ups
The residency continues every Tuesday through September, with a rotating selection of international artists.
The upcoming programme includes:
- September 1: GORDO, Nicole Moudaber, Sacchi, Harvy Valencia and Tony Guerra
- September 8: GORDO, Shimza, Alex Wann, ARODES, Manda Moor and Gala
- September 15: GORDO, Vintage Culture, Patrick Topping, Sacchi and JØRD
- September 22: GORDO, HoneyLuv, Vanjee and Gala
- September 29: GORDO, Roger Sanchez, Gala and Abril Love for the closing party
The final night will therefore bring together GORDO, Roger Sanchez, Gala and Abril Love for the TARAKA closing party.
A New Chapter for GORDO in Ibiza
GORDO, the artist name of Diamante Anthony Blackmon, has been connected to Ibiza for around 14 years, initially performing on the island under his former Carnage identity.
However, until now, neither he nor TARAKA had held a fixed weekly residency at Pacha.
That makes the six-week run particularly significant.
The DJ has built an international profile through tracks including “Hombres y Mujeres” and “Sideways”, as well as production work on Drake's Honestly, Nevermind. Pacha also describes him as a Billboard No. 1 producer.
TARAKA Is About the Music
Rather than relying on huge festival-style production, TARAKA has been designed around the club experience itself.
GORDO's concept places emphasis on extended sets, high-quality sound, immersive lighting and the connection between the DJ and dancefloor.
The project also puts particular attention on emerging female talent, with artists including Gala and Sacchi forming part of the wider TARAKA family.
Pacha Enters the Final Stretch of Summer
GORDO's arrival also signals that Pacha Ibiza is moving into the final stage of its 2026 season.
TARAKA's closing party on September 29 will be followed by a packed October programme featuring the closings of several major residencies, before Pacha's Grand Closing Weekend on October 10–11.
For GORDO, however, the six-week TARAKA run gives him something he has never previously had at Pacha: his own weekly home on one of Ibiza's most iconic dancefloors.
And with names such as Nicole Moudaber, Vintage Culture, Patrick Topping, HoneyLuv and Roger Sanchez still to come, TARAKA is set to remain one of the notable stories of Ibiza's late-summer club season.
