Reiki

Reiki is a hands-on healing therapy, a healing method that uses the energy of the universe. This therapy was discovered by the Japanese doctor Mikao Usui. The name Reiki comes from "Rei" meaning "boundless, universal" and "ki" which translates to "vital energy."
