Single-Component Resin for Aggregate Fixing

This resin ensures that the aggregate is firmly fixed and compacted, creating a porous pavement that allows for excellent water absorption. It is designed to be weather-resistant, ensuring its durability and functionality outdoors.

Application Method

No special qualification is required for applying the resin:

1. Mix the aggregate with the resin, using a proportion of 7% of the aggregate's weight (1L for every 14 kg of aggregate).
2. Apply to the surface, leveling with a trowel and straightedge, avoiding excess resin at the bottom (drain if necessary).

Under normal conditions, the reaction time is 4 to 6 hours for surface drying and 12 to 20 hours for full curing. After 24 hours, the pavement is walkable.

Important Clarifications

To cover 1 m² of surface with a thickness of 4 cm, 64 kg of aggregate and 4.5 L of resin will be needed.

Maintain an expansion joint of 2-3 mm in the frame. This product is not suitable for vehicle traffic or areas with high pedestrian traffic. It is recommended to use aggregates with a granulometry between 3-12 mm.

Warnings

• For correct application, the aggregate must be washed and thoroughly dry.
• Do not apply at temperatures below 7ºC to avoid cracking, although bonding between the stones would still occur.
• Despite the powerful bond provided by the product, natural movements such as root growth or strong expansions will not be absorbed by the system.
