Ibizkus Launches Entre Dos Viñas, a New Sunset Wine Experience Among Ibiza Vineyards

September 19, 2026

Ibizkus has launched “Entre Dos Viñas”, a new two-hour wine and food experience designed around sunset, local produce and Ibiza's winemaking heritage.

The experience takes place outdoors at the winery's Sunset Lounge, surrounded by vineyards, and is limited to 24 guests per session.

The first public edition is scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, 2026, with further sessions planned through September and October.

An evening built around five wines

“Entre Dos Viñas” centres on a tasting of five premium wines from the Ibizkus and Totem labels.

Each wine is paired with an individual gourmet preparation, with the menu designed to use local products where possible.

The menu is seasonal, meaning the dishes can change depending on the ingredients available on the island.

For the September sessions, examples include sea bass ceviche with mango and lime, gazpacho, salmon and avocado with coconut milk, hand-carved Iberian ham with Manchego cheese and carob bread, beef tenderloin tataki and baked Ibiza fig with local goat cheese and honey.

Ibiza wine in a vineyard setting

The experience also puts the island's wine heritage at the centre of the evening.

Ibizkus highlights two indigenous grape varieties, Malvasia and Monastrell, as part of the tasting experience.

The winery produces wines under the geographical designation associated with Ibiza and has vineyards spread across the island.

Rather than being a conventional indoor wine tasting, the new experience is designed around the landscape, with guests seated outdoors among the vines as the sun sets.

Sunset, jazz and live guitar

The experience begins at 19:00 and runs until 21:00, allowing guests to spend the evening around the island's golden-hour period.

Jazz and bossa nova provide the musical backdrop, with live guitar performances incorporated into the evening.

As daylight fades, the outdoor setting transitions from sunset to illumination from solar lanterns.

A limited 24-person format

Only 24 guests can attend each session.

Individual visitors, couples and groups can book, with reservations closing once the session reaches capacity.

The limited format is intended to keep the experience relatively small and allow the hosts to explain the wines and their production in more detail.

More than just wine

The €110-per-person experience includes the five wine pairings as well as refreshments and snacks.

Guests also receive explanations about the wines, the grape varieties and Ibizkus's winemaking process from the team during the tasting.

The winery says local “Km. 0” ingredients will be used as far as possible, with the menu adapting to the season.

September and October dates

The first public session takes place on Wednesday, September 23.

The following currently listed dates are:

  • Wednesday, September 23

  • Wednesday, September 30

  • Wednesday, October 7

  • Wednesday, October 14

  • Wednesday, October 21

  • Thursday, October 29

Each session is scheduled from 19:00 to 21:00, with a price of €110 per person.

The October 29 date is listed as a Thursday rather than Wednesday, so it should not be described as part of an every-Wednesday schedule.

The experience is planned to return in 2027

Ibizkus says “Entre Dos Viñas” is planned to return in 2027.

The winery's current information describes a schedule around Easter, followed by weekly sessions through June and again from September to October, with a summer pause during July and August.

Those are plans for the 2027 season rather than dates that have already taken place or been fully scheduled.

A different way to experience Ibiza's wine culture

Ibiza's wine scene is closely connected to the island's agricultural heritage, and experiences such as “Entre Dos Viñas” offer visitors a way to explore that side of the island outside the traditional nightlife calendar.

The combination of wine, seasonal food, live music and the vineyard setting makes the new experience particularly focused on the landscape and produce of Ibiza.

With only 24 places available for each session, the format is deliberately smaller than a typical large-scale tasting or hospitality event.
