Italian Muralist and Writer Marcello Roveda, 43, Missing in Ibiza

An Italian muralist and writer has been reported missing in Ibiza, with his family and friends appealing to anyone who may have seen him since he was last located in Ibiza Town.
Marcello Roveda, 43, originally from Milan, was last seen during the night of September 28 to 29 on Avenida 8 de Agosto in Ibiza Town.
More than a week has now passed without his family receiving news of his whereabouts.
Last Seen in Ibiza Town
According to information released by people close to Roveda, he was last seen on Avenida 8 de Agosto in Vila during the night of September 28 to 29.
His relatives have since been unable to contact him and have launched a public appeal for information.
At this stage, there is no confirmed information publicly establishing what happened after he was last seen.
Roveda Was Visiting Ibiza
Roveda is described by his family as a muralist and writer from Milan.
He was in Ibiza on holiday when he disappeared, according to the information published in the missing-person appeal.
Details about whether he was travelling alone or with other people have not been publicly established in the information currently available.
Police Search Underway
The Policía Nacional is handling the search for Roveda.
His relatives and friends are asking residents, visitors and anyone who may have been in Ibiza Town or elsewhere on the island around the time of his disappearance to remain alert and report any potentially useful information.
The appeal stresses that even apparently insignificant information could help investigators establish his movements.

Roveda's relatives are asking anyone who believes they may have seen him, recognises him or has information that could help establish his whereabouts to contact the police.
The appeal is being circulated beyond Ibiza Town in an effort to reach people across the island who may have encountered him after September 28.

The Policía Nacional's Ibiza station can be reached on 091. The Ibiza Town tourism office also lists the local Policía Nacional telephone number as 971 398 831.
Information can also be provided to Spain's Centro Nacional de Personas Desaparecidas, which lists 091 for the Policía Nacional and 062 for the Guardia Civil.
The search remains ongoing, and there is currently no confirmed public information explaining what happened to Roveda after he was last seen in Ibiza Town.
