Sofá Chingón Returns to PaloSanto Ibiza for Two Mexican-Inspired Friday Nights in October

PaloSanto Ibiza is bringing back Sofá Chingón for two Friday evenings this October, inviting guests to enjoy Mexican-inspired food and drinks, music and a relaxed social atmosphere at Las Dalias.
The events are scheduled for Friday, 23 October, and Friday, 30 October 2026, both starting at 20:00. With DJ sets, guest performers and Mexican lottery adding to the programme, Sofá Chingón offers an alternative way to spend an evening in northern Ibiza.
Mexican Flavours, Music and Socialising
Sofá Chingón centres on the combination of Mexican food and drinks with music and entertainment. Guests can explore PaloSanto's selection of drinks and botanas, the Mexican-style snacks traditionally enjoyed alongside beverages.
Music will be provided by Looka Barbi, the event's resident host, alongside guest DJs. The programme also includes Mexican lottery, bringing a traditional game into the evening's social atmosphere.
Rather than being exclusively a dining event, Sofá Chingón is designed for people who want to meet friends, enjoy a drink and spend time in a lively setting. A full meal is not required to attend.
An Evening at PaloSanto, Within Las Dalias
