Hippy House Postpones One Last Summer Dance in Ibiza to October 24 Due to Weather Alert

October 16, 2026

The free end-of-season festival moves from October 17 to October 24, with an extended schedule until midnight, two music stages, an artisan market, family activities and a new solidarity meal.

Hippy House has postponed its One Last Summer Dance festival in Ibiza Town by one week due to a weather alert for heavy rain. Originally scheduled for Saturday, 17 October, the event will now take place on Saturday, 24 October 2026.

The festival will bring together residents, visitors, families and seasonal workers for a day of music, culture and community activities at Parque Reina Sofía and the Baluarte de Sant Pere.

According to the organisers, the decision was taken with the safety and well-being of attendees, workers and collaborators in mind, allowing the event to take place under more suitable weather conditions.

New Festival Hours and Solidarity Meal

The revised programme will run from 14:00 to 00:00, extending the event's hours and giving visitors more time to enjoy the activities.

A solidarity meal at affordable prices will be introduced at the beginning of the day, offering an opportunity for the local community to gather before the music and other activities continue.

Further details about the updated programme were still to be announced following the postponement.

Two Music Stages at Parque Reina Sofía and Baluarte de Sant Pere

The festival will occupy two locations in Ibiza Town, combining music with cultural activities and entertainment for different audiences.

The main festival area will be at Parque Reina Sofía, while the Baluarte de Sant Pere will host the second stage, organised in collaboration with TheHub and Ibiza Spotlight.

The second stage will also mark Ibiza Spotlight's 50th anniversary, bringing an additional celebration to the end-of-season gathering.

The event is designed to bring together Ibiza's music scene and local community in a shared celebration after the busy summer season.

Artisan Market, Local Gastronomy and Family Activities

Beyond the music, One Last Summer Dance will feature an artisan market, traditional workshops, live art, food trucks and local gastronomy.

Families will also be able to enjoy a dedicated children's area with games, activities and face painting, making the festival accessible to different generations.

The combination of music, creative activities and local traditions reflects the event's aim of celebrating Ibiza's community and cultural identity alongside its international music scene.

Free Entry with Existing Registrations Remaining Valid

Admission to One Last Summer Dance will remain free, subject to advance registration.

People who registered for the original date will be able to use the same registration to attend on Saturday, 24 October. Visitors should check the organisers' latest announcements for any additional programme details ahead of the rescheduled event.

The festival was conceived as a gesture of appreciation for seasonal workers and the Ibiza community, recognising their contribution throughout the tourism season.

With its new date, extended hours and additional solidarity meal, Hippy House's One Last Summer Dance is set to bring the community together for an end-of-season celebration in Ibiza Town on 24 October.
