Girls’ Stella McCartney black, paint-spotted tulle skirt with black cotton lining and rainbow-sparkle elastic waist. The skirt has a double layer of tulle — the outer layer is spotted with red, yellow, blue and white paint spots, the inner layer is solid black — and a shorter, black cotton voile lining for opacity. It is The Most Fun Skirt around! If it doesn’t say ‘party!’, I don’t know what does. Sadly it was outgrown quickly, and only worn a few times. There aren’t any signs of wear (looks new), demonstrating that it could go for many more party seasons!
