easyJet has officially launched a new direct route from London Southend Airport to Ibiza for the summer 2026 season, adding another UK connection to the island ahead of peak travel months.

According to easyJet, the inaugural flight will take off on April 29, 2026, and the service will operate twice weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays. London Southend Airport also confirms that flights to Ibiza begin on April 29, 2026 with two departures a week.

The airline first announced the route in December 2025, describing it as part of its growing network from London Southend. Seats are now available to book through easyJet, while package holidays are also on sale through easyJet holidays.

For Ibiza, the new route adds another direct air link from the UK market, which remains one of the island’s key international visitor sources during the summer season. easyJet’s own route announcement framed the connection as a way for travelers to reach Ibiza’s coastline, old town, food scene, and nightlife more easily.
