As Ibiza's major clubs prepare to close their 2026 season, workers across the island are being offered free or discounted access to three of the biggest closing parties.

Hï Ibiza, Ushuaïa Ibiza and [UNVRS] are taking part in a special Workers Closing Weekend, giving people who have worked through the summer an opportunity to celebrate the end of the season.

The offer is available through the Workers Pass, although access is limited and workers must meet the entry requirements.

Hï Ibiza Closing Party on October 9

The Workers Closing Weekend begins at Hï Ibiza on Friday, October 9.

The club's 2026 Closing Party starts at 23:00, with a lineup including Black Coffee, The Martinez Brothers, Paco Osuna, Adam Ten, Mita Gami, Maz, Antdot and Skepta.

Workers with a valid Workers Pass can receive free entrance at the door.

There is also an online upgrade available for €30, including two drinks and guaranteed entry. This option is intended for workers who want to avoid the possibility of worker capacity being reached.

Ushuaïa Ibiza closes on October 10

The following day, Saturday, October 10, Ushuaïa Ibiza hosts its final party of the 2026 season.

The 11-hour ANTS closing party features 15 DJs and seven B2B sets, including Vintage Culture, Loco Dice, East End Dubs B2B Hot Since 82, Andrea Oliva B2B Patrick Topping and Nic Fanciulli B2B Butch.

Workers with the Workers Pass can enter free at the door, subject to availability.

A €30 online upgrade is also available, including two drinks and guaranteed entry.

[UNVRS] closes its second season

Also on Saturday, October 10, [UNVRS] celebrates the closing of its second season.

The lineup includes Adriatique, Mochakk, The Martinez Brothers, East End Dubs, Dennis Cruz, Rafael and WhoMadeWho, among others.

For workers, [UNVRS] has a separate Workers Sunrise option.

The €30 pass provides access from 06:00 on Sunday, October 11 and includes two drinks. Unlike the free door entry described for Hï Ibiza and Ushuaïa, this is a paid Workers Sunrise option.

Who can use the Workers Pass?

The offer is aimed specifically at people who have worked during Ibiza's 2026 summer season.

The participating clubs require a valid photo ID and Workers Pass for entry.

Drink tokens can be exchanged at the door, while workers can use the official Workers Ibiza platform to check the latest information, purchase upgrades and access the Workers Sunrise option.

Because worker access is limited, free entry should not be understood as a guarantee of admission regardless of capacity.

The Workers Closing Weekend recognises the thousands of people who keep Ibiza's tourism, hospitality and nightlife sectors operating throughout the summer.

After months spent working in restaurants, hotels, bars, clubs, events and other businesses across the island, the closing weekend gives seasonal workers a chance to experience some of the biggest final parties of the season.

With Hï Ibiza closing on October 9 and Ushuaïa Ibiza and [UNVRS] following on October 10, the weekend marks one of the final major moments of Ibiza's 2026 clubbing season.
