DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs LIVE Returns to [UNVRS] Ibiza With 2026 World No. 1 to Be Revealed

Publicado el 19 de September de 2026 a las 01:03 PM

DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs LIVE is returning to [UNVRS] Ibiza on Tuesday, October 6, bringing the annual publicly voted DJ poll back to the island for a second consecutive year.

The ceremony will feature performances from ANASTAZJA, Charlotte de Witte, GORDO, Korolova, Lost Frequencies and Vintage Culture before the 2026 World No. 1 DJ is revealed live on stage.

The newly crowned winner will then take to the [UNVRS] decks for a special set, making the Ibiza ceremony the moment when the identity of the 2026 winner is finally made public.

The 2026 Vote Has Now Closed

Voting for DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs 2026 opened on July 8 and closed on September 16 at 23:59 GMT.

The poll is fully open, with voters able to choose five DJs. There are no formal nominations or eligibility requirements based on an artist’s profile, audience size or genre.

DJ Mag describes Top 100 DJs as the world’s largest publicly voted music poll. The 2026 results are now being kept under wraps until the October 6 ceremony in Ibiza.

Six Artists Confirmed for the Ibiza Show

Six artists have been confirmed to perform during the ceremony.

Charlotte de Witte brings her techno sound to the event, while GORDO will represent house and tech house.

The programme also features Korolova, known for her melodic house and techno productions, Belgian artist Lost Frequencies, Brazilian DJ and producer Vintage Culture, and ANASTAZJA.

They will perform throughout the night alongside the artist who emerges as the 2026 Top 100 DJs winner.

The No. 1 DJ Will Perform After the Announcement

The biggest moment of the night remains deliberately undisclosed.

The winner will be announced on stage at [UNVRS] and will then perform a special set immediately afterwards.

That format means the audience will not only discover the identity of the new No. 1 DJ in Ibiza, but will also see the winner perform on the same night.

The Ceremony Starts at 23:30

The official [UNVRS] event listing has the ceremony scheduled for Tuesday, October 6, from 23:30.

Tickets and VIP table bookings are currently available.

The event will take place in the venue’s Main Room, with the official lineup listing the six confirmed artists alongside “The World’s No. 1 DJ”.

A Second Year at [UNVRS]

The 2026 ceremony will be the second consecutive year that Ibiza hosts the Top 100 DJs results at [UNVRS].

The awards made their Ibiza debut at the venue in 2025, when David Guetta was announced as the year’s No. 1 DJ.

Guetta subsequently performed at the ceremony alongside Armin van Buuren, Boris Brejcha, Indira Paganotto, Jazzy and Miss Monique.

His 2025 victory was his fifth time reaching the top of the Top 100 DJs poll.

A Poll With More Than 30 Years of History

Top 100 DJs began in 1993 as an editorially curated list created to mark the 100th edition of DJ Magazine.

The format has since evolved into a public vote involving electronic music fans around the world.

The current system allows voters to select five DJs without a formal nomination process or entry criteria, meaning artists from different backgrounds and styles can be included in the same poll.

The resulting list is therefore a snapshot of the artists receiving the most support from voters in that particular year's public poll rather than a panel-selected industry ranking.

More Than the Main No. 1 Award

The October ceremony will recognise artists across several categories.

Alongside the overall World No. 1 DJ award, DJ Mag has confirmed honours including World No. 1 Trance DJ, World No. 1 Hard DJ, World No. 1 Techno DJ, World No. 1 House DJ and World No. 1 DJ Group.

Additional awards include Highest New Entry, Highest Climber, Future Star and Outstanding Contribution.

These categories allow the ceremony to recognise different areas of the electronic music scene rather than focusing solely on the overall Top 100 result.

[UNVRS] Also Holds DJ Mag’s Club Title

The return of the awards comes after [UNVRS] was named the World’s No. 1 Club in DJ Mag’s separate 2026 Top 100 Clubs poll.

The two polls are separate. One recognises DJs through the Top 100 DJs public vote, while the other focuses on clubs.

[UNVRS] therefore enters the October ceremony having already received the top position in the separate club poll for 2026.

DJ Mag Launches a New Fundraising Campaign

The 2026 Top 100 DJs campaign also has a charitable component.

DJ Mag has again partnered with Bridges for Music, a non-profit organisation that provides creative education to young people from under-resourced communities.

Every artist included in the 2026 Top 100 DJs poll is being invited to celebrate their place in the poll by sponsoring the education of at least one young person at the Bridges for Music Academy in Langa, South Africa.

David Guetta made the opening donation to this year’s campaign after voting closed on September 16.

Building on Last Year’s Campaign

The new fundraising initiative follows the 2025 campaign, when 42 Top 100 DJs artists contributed a combined £170,832.

According to DJ Mag, that became the largest single fundraising campaign in Bridges for Music’s history.

The academy combines music education with personal and professional development, helping students build skills relevant to music and the wider creative industries.

Ibiza Becomes the Stage for the Reveal

Bringing the awards back to Ibiza continues a link between the island and one of the electronic music world's best-known annual public polls.

The ceremony puts the result directly in front of an Ibiza audience, while the winning artist gets the opportunity to perform immediately after being announced.

For [UNVRS], it is another major event during the final weeks of its 2026 season.

The venue's official calendar also lists its 2026 closing events later that same week, making the October 6 awards ceremony part of a particularly busy period at the end of the season.

The 2026 Result Remains Secret

With voting now closed, there is no public result yet for the 2026 Top 100 DJs poll.

The six announced performers are confirmed, but the identity of the overall winner remains undisclosed until the ceremony.

That means the October 6 event will reveal not only the new No. 1 DJ, but also provide the first official public presentation of the year's Top 100 DJs results.

October 6 in Ibiza

DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs LIVE 2026 takes place at [UNVRS] Ibiza on Tuesday, October 6 from 23:30.

ANASTAZJA, Charlotte de Witte, GORDO, Korolova, Lost Frequencies and Vintage Culture are confirmed to perform, alongside the artist who will be announced as the 2026 World No. 1 DJ.

After the winner is revealed, the newly crowned No. 1 will take over the decks for a special set.

With the voting period already closed, the countdown to the live reveal in Ibiza is now officially underway.
