Some Ibiza parties are built around the latest sound of the summer, while others look back at the music and atmosphere that made the island famous in the first place. This Friday, September 4, Vintage by Sebastián Gamboa returns to Lío Ibiza with exactly that philosophy.
Created by Ibiza DJ Sebastián Gamboa, Vintage is now celebrating its 16th season on the island. The Friday residency brings together the spirit of Balearic House, nostalgic melodies and contemporary sounds, creating a night designed to connect Ibiza’s musical past with its present.
Gamboa remains at the centre of the experience, with the resident DJ leading the evening at Lío. Special guests are also part of the residency, although the lineup for this Friday currently lists additional artists as still to be announced. The party begins at 23:55 and continues until 05:00.
The idea behind Vintage is not simply to recreate an old Ibiza night. Instead, the concept takes inspiration from the island’s golden years while allowing the music to evolve with the audience. Classic Balearic influences sit alongside fresher house sounds, creating a soundtrack aimed at both longtime Ibiza clubbers and a younger generation discovering the island’s musical heritage.
Vintage has become one of the established Friday nights at Lío, with the 2026 residency running from May 15 through October 2. The weekly series gives Gamboa a regular platform at the Marina venue, where the evening can combine Lío’s restaurant and entertainment experience with its late-night club atmosphere.
For this Friday, tickets are available from €40. The event is strictly 18+, and guests are required to bring valid identification. Lío also operates a smart-casual dress code, with shorts and open shoes not permitted. There is no re-entry once guests leave the venue.
The September edition forms part of the final stretch of this year’s Vintage residency. After this Friday, the party returns on September 11, 18 and 25 before the final scheduled edition on October 2.
