Parking at Ibiza Airport Gets More Expensive, With Some Rates Up 31% in One Year

Parking at Ibiza Airport is becoming more expensive, with several of the airport's published parking rates increasing significantly compared with 2025.

A new comparison by Noudiari found that some short-stay rates have risen by around 31% in just one year, while the maximum daily rates have also increased.

Short-Stay Parking Sees the Biggest Increase

The largest increases affect the first hour of parking.

According to the comparison of the General Car Park's published rates:

  • The first minute increased from €0.513795 to €0.672040 — up 30.8%
  • Minutes 2–30 increased by around 30.8%
  • Minutes 31–60 also increased by around 30.8%
  • From minute 61 onward, the rate increased by 8.13%

The maximum daily rate for stays of up to four days increased from €22 to €26, an 18.18% increase.

For stays from the fifth day onward, the maximum daily rate rose from €20 to €24, an increase of 20%.

Overall, Noudiari calculates that the six parking rates examined have increased by just over 23% on average compared with last year.

Prices Have Increased Significantly Since 2017

The longer-term comparison shows an even larger difference.

Compared with 2017, the price of the first minute has increased by around 130%, while the rate for minutes 2–30 has risen by almost 140%.

The maximum daily rates have also increased substantially over the same period, with rises ranging from approximately 79% to 109%, depending on the length of the stay.

Aena Points to Advance Booking

Aena, which operates Ibiza Airport, told Noudiari that the prices displayed at the airport apply to vehicles without a prior reservation.

The airport operator also points travellers toward advance bookings through its website and app, saying these can provide cheaper rates. Aena also highlights discounts available to members of its Aena Club Cliente programme and says various promotions are offered regularly.

The airport also offers an Express Parking option, with the first 10 minutes free.

What Travellers Should Know

For visitors arriving or departing by car, the latest increase makes advance planning particularly worthwhile.

While the headline increases are most noticeable during the first hour, longer stays have also become more expensive, meaning travellers who plan to leave a vehicle at the airport for several days may want to compare the available parking options before travelling.

The changes are part of the latest published rates for Ibiza Airport's parking facilities and do not mean that every parking option has increased by 31%.
