GALACTICA to Close Its First Ibiza Season at Eden With Fantasm, KARAH and More

GALACTICA is preparing to close its first Ibiza season at Eden Ibiza, bringing its summer-long hard techno residency to an end on Tuesday, September 15.

The closing party will take place in San Antonio, with Fantasm, KARAH, SANTØS B2B Gianni Di Bernardo and Parsa Jafari leading the final lineup. The event will run from 11:45pm until 6am.

A New Hard Techno Chapter for Ibiza

GALACTICA arrived at Eden in May as a new Tuesday-night residency created through a collaboration with the legendary Italian club brand Cocoricò.

The project brought a deliberately harder and more intense sound to Ibiza, focusing on hard techno, industrial techno and fast, hypnotic rhythms rather than the more commercial side of the island's electronic music scene.

The season officially opened on May 26 and was initially planned to finish earlier in September, but the residency was extended with an additional closing date on September 15.

A Season Packed With Hard Techno Names

Over the summer, GALACTICA welcomed an extensive roster of international DJs and live acts.

Among the artists appearing throughout the season were 999999999, Angerfist, Reinier Zonneveld, Clara Cuvé, Charlie Sparks, Alignment, Andres Campo, Luca Agnelli, Cera Khin, Holy Priest and SNTS.

The residency's programming gave Ibiza's Tuesday nights a distinctly harder edge, while also introducing artists from Europe's rapidly growing hard-techno scene to the island's club audience.

Fantasm Leads the Final Night

For the closing party, Fantasm will take the lead.

The Los Angeles-born artist, now based in Lyon, is known for an intense sound drawing heavily from industrial techno and darker electronic textures.

He will be joined by KARAH, the Rotterdam-based DJ and founder of Falsive Records, a label launched in 2019 that has become associated with the contemporary hard-techno movement.

The lineup also features SANTØS B2B Gianni Di Bernardo, with Di Bernardo returning to the residency after helping open GALACTICA's first Ibiza season in May.

Parsa Jafari, a figure connected to Spain's techno scene and a resident at Fabrik Madrid, completes the bill.

Eden's Sound System Takes Centre Stage

A major part of GALACTICA's Ibiza concept has been its emphasis on sound.

The residency has made use of Eden's VOID Incubus Gold sound system, with the organisers positioning the club's audio setup as a key part of the experience rather than simply an addition to the production.

That focus fits GALACTICA's wider identity, which was developed as a touring hard-techno platform before arriving in Ibiza.

The brand has previously brought its events to major European clubbing destinations including London, Madrid and Paris, building its reputation around high-energy techno performances.

Sixteen Weeks of Techno in San Antonio

The closing night marks the end of a 16-week Ibiza programme that has made Tuesday nights at Eden a regular destination for harder electronic sounds.

Its arrival was also notable because both GALACTICA and Cocoricò were establishing a full Ibiza-season presence for the first time through the collaboration.

While Ibiza remains internationally associated with house, melodic electronic music and its enormous superclubs, GALACTICA's first season demonstrates the continuing demand for underground and harder forms of techno on the island.

The final night on September 15 will bring that first chapter to a close — but after a full summer of hard kicks, industrial sounds and packed Tuesday nights, GALACTICA has certainly made its presence felt at Eden.
