For those seeking a more peaceful experience in Ibiza, Atzaró Spa offers an evening Himalayan Soundbath this Thursday, inviting participants to slow down and reconnect with themselves in the tranquillity of the island’s countryside.
The one-hour session takes place within the grounds of Atzaró, surrounded by the Mediterranean landscapes and orange groves of the island’s interior. Guided by experienced practitioners, the soundbath uses resonant singing bowls and other sound instruments to create an immersive listening experience.
The session is designed to encourage relaxation and a quieter state of mind, offering an alternative to Ibiza’s music-driven nightlife. Participants can settle into a dedicated wellness space and focus on the sounds and atmosphere while leaving the pace of everyday life behind.
Thursday’s session is scheduled from 19:00 to 20:00 and is led by Mirabell and Akalanka. The experience forms part of Atzaró Spa’s wider wellness programme, which also includes yoga, Pilates and other activities.
The published drop-in price is €20 per person, while classes are included for guests staying at Atzaró Agroturismo Hotel. Advance booking is recommended to secure a place.
