Xcandalous Takes Over SWAG Ibiza for a Black Music Edition This Tuesday

September 08, 2026

SWAG Ibiza switches into urban mode this Tuesday, September 8, as Xcandalous takes over the Playa d’en Bossa club for a special Black Music Edition. The late-night party starts at 23:55, with the music centred on the hip-hop, trap and dancehall sounds that have defined the Xcandalous brand.

Tickets are currently available from €20, making this one of the more accessible late-night options on Ibiza's Tuesday calendar. The event is scheduled to run from 23:55, although Clubtickets does not currently publish a specific closing time for this edition.

Xcandalous has been part of Ibiza's urban nightlife scene since 2013 and has built its identity around hip-hop, trap and dancehall. For 2026, the concept returned to SWAG with a regular programme, bringing together the venue's resident DJs and special guests across selected dates.

For the September 8 Black Music Edition, Clubtickets has not published a named artist lineup, so the emphasis is firmly on the Xcandalous format rather than a headline DJ. That means guests can expect a night focused on urban music, with the SWAG resident team and guests handling the soundtrack.

The event also highlights the different side of Ibiza nightlife that SWAG has developed around. Located in the heart of Playa d’en Bossa, the club positions itself around urban music rather than the island's more familiar electronic sound, with programming that spans hip-hop, R&B, rap, trap and reggaeton depending on the night.

SWAG opened in 2014 and has since established itself as a dedicated urban club in Ibiza. The venue has two dance floors, VIP areas and a DJ booth designed to accommodate B2B performances, while its capacity is listed at around 1,000 people.

The September 8 party is also part of Xcandalous' late-season run. Further editions are scheduled at SWAG later in September, including Thursday, September 10, with tickets currently starting at €20.

SWAG operates an 18+ policy, and guests must bring valid identification. There is no re-entry once you leave the club, meaning anyone heading out will need to purchase another ticket to return.

For September 8, Xcandalous keeps things focused on the music rather than a complicated theme or superstar-heavy lineup. From hip-hop and trap to dancehall and the wider world of urban sounds, the Black Music Edition gives Tuesday night in Playa d’en Bossa a distinctly different rhythm.
