Halloween in Ibiza 2026: More Than 30 Parties, Themed Dinners and Weekend Experiences

October 30, 2026

From Halloween club nights and costume parties to themed dinners, family activities and a Día de Muertos celebration, Ibiza has a varied programme scheduled from Friday, 30 October, to Sunday, 1 November. However, official mourning following the railway accident in Toledo has led to the cancellation or postponement of several municipal events.

Halloween weekend brings a wide range of activities to Ibiza, with restaurants, hotels, clubs and independent event organisers offering themed experiences across the island.

The programme includes electronic music parties, reggaeton nights, live performances, special menus, costume competitions and activities for children. The celebrations extend beyond Saturday's Halloween night, continuing into Sunday with a Día de Muertos event at Las Dalias and Akasha.

There is an important qualification this year. Spain has declared three days of official mourning, from 29 to 31 October, following the railway accident in Toledo. Several councils have consequently suspended or postponed their own cultural and festive programmes.

Private venues and independent organisers have separate arrangements, so visitors should check directly with each organiser before setting out.

Sunday, 1 November: Día de Muertos at Las Dalias and Akasha

The Garden is scheduled to open from 12:00 to 20:00, with free entry. From 20:00, the programme moves into Akasha and continues into the evening. Advance club tickets are advertised at €15.

The event provides a different way to close the weekend, drawing on Día de Muertos rather than the traditional Halloween party format.

Important: Municipal event cancellations and changes

The three-day national mourning period has significantly affected the island's public programme.

Ibiza Town Hall suspended all municipal events scheduled for 29, 30 and 31 October. This includes the municipal Halloween Festival activities, the Museum Horror passage at C19, the Monster Ibiza Halloween parade, Monster Walk and Horror Concert, among other activities. These should not be treated as events going ahead on their original dates.

Sant Antoni Town Hall also suspended its Espai Jove Halloween activities for 30 and 31 October, the Municipal Library craft workshop on 30 October and the Ones de Llum concert in Sant Mateu.

Santa Eulària postponed the Fireta des Calamar and X Fira des Calamar, originally scheduled for 30 and 31 October. The council also moved the final concert of the Chamber Music Festival from Saturday to Sunday, 1 November.

Sant Joan suspended its municipal events scheduled during the three days of mourning.

In Sant Josep, the council cancelled its Friday horror-film events and moved the Halloween and All Saints activities planned for Saturday to Sunday, 1 November. The rescheduled programme includes activities in Sant Jordi and Cala de Bou.

Formentera suspended the Joan Marí Cardona conference, the Casal de Joves Halloween party and the opening of the Gianni exhibition at Centre Antoni Tur Gabrielet.

These changes concern institutional and municipal programming. Independently organised events are separate, but their status should always be checked directly with the organiser.

Planning your Halloween weekend in Ibiza

Ibiza's Halloween programme combines nightlife, dining, live music, family activities and cultural traditions. From the clubs of Marina Botafoch and Playa d’en Bossa to restaurants in Santa Eulària and Sant Antoni, there are different ways to spend the weekend.

However, with the national mourning period affecting public events and schedules, checking the latest information before travelling is particularly important. Event times, admission prices, availability and entry conditions can change.
