Thursday, October 29, 2026 Ibiza Parties at Es Paradis for Bubbles Closing Party, Plastik, ROTO, Hedges Club and More: Live Music, Vinyl Sessions and DJ Nights

Published on October 29, 2026 at 01:28 PM

Thursday, October 29, brings a varied autumn programme to Ibiza and Formentera, with contemporary art, local markets, sustainability discussions, independent live music and the opening of the island's Halloween film festival. The day begins with cultural visits and outdoor experiences, continues with HIC Summit's conversations about tourism and the environment, and leads into an evening of live performances and nightlife.

Ibiza Town is a focal point for Halloween culture, with the third Ibiza Halloween Festival opening at Can Ventosa. Across the island, established venues offer free concerts, while rooftop drinks and late-night clubbing provide options for those looking to stay out later. Formentera offers a quieter itinerary centred on the Sant Francesc market, two exhibitions approaching important closing dates, and a local-history conference.

Here is the programme identified for Thursday, October 29, 2026, with practical details for residents and visitors planning their day.

Weather, flood recovery and important public information

AEMET's published forecast points to generally settled conditions for Thursday, with some cloud and daytime temperatures around 21–23°C depending on the period. Sunset is expected shortly before 18:00.

The emergency response to the heavy rainfall that affected Ibiza and Formentera earlier in October has ended, and the islands have entered a recovery and normalisation phase. This does not establish that every road, coastal access point or outdoor attraction has returned to normal.

Anyone planning a boat trip, kayaking excursion or outdoor activity should check the current conditions with the operator. Visitors should also consult local traffic and municipal notices if their route passes through areas affected by the flooding.

Recent municipal developments in Ibiza Town

The October ordinary plenary session of Ibiza Town Council took place on Monday, October 26. Matters addressed included the proposed 2027 waste-fee ordinance, changes to municipal rental-assistance rules, the reclassification of land at Es Llimoners-Sa Real for a new green space, road connections around Avinguda de Sant Josep and the process concerning additional taxi licences.

These are local government developments rather than activities scheduled for Thursday. Residents following housing, mobility and urban planning issues may find them relevant, but the plenary should not be treated as a confirmed Thursday event.

Major events and conferences

HIC Summit Ibiza 2026: Tourism, sustainability and the blue economy

Time: From 10:30
Location: TheHUB Ibiza, Carrer del Pedrer 4, Polígono Industrial Ca Na Palava, Santa Eulària des Riu

The second day of HIC Summit brings its programme of innovation, tourism, entrepreneurship and regenerative culture to TheHUB Ibiza.

Other scheduled speakers include José Manuel Lapeña, consul general of Seychelles, and researchers Francisco López Castejón, Bel Barroso and Alejandro Álvarez, alongside specialists in biomimicry and sustainable development.

The summit explores how destinations can respond to environmental challenges while developing tourism models that benefit local communities, businesses and ecosystems. For residents, entrepreneurs and professionals working in tourism, hospitality, sustainability or the marine economy, it offers an opportunity to engage with current island and international challenges.

HIC Summit continues through Friday, October 30, with activities at additional venues. Check the organiser's current registration arrangements before attending, as individual sessions may have limited capacity.

The exhibition adds a visual-art dimension to the seasonal programme, offering an alternative to the film screenings and parties associated with Halloween.

The public announcement confirms the exhibition dates but does not provide a sufficiently clear visiting timetable for Thursday. Check with the municipal cultural service before making a dedicated visit.

Museu Puget: Art and everyday life in historic Ibiza

The market offers crafts, accessories, art and other goods across the village centre. It is easy to combine with a walk around Sant Francesc, a coffee stop and a visit to the island's exhibition spaces.

For visitors travelling from Ibiza, confirm ferry departure and return times in advance. The crossing and onward transport need to fit around the market's short opening window.

The attraction presents the archipelago's plant life and natural landscapes through gardens and educational displays. It provides an alternative to the island's beaches, especially for visitors looking for an activity that can be enjoyed during the daytime.

Current event listings advertise it as operating on Thursday. Confirm the park's opening status, full visiting hours and ticket availability before travelling.

Depending on the selected experience, a visit can include an introduction to the vineyard and winery, tastings of locally produced wines and Hierbas Ibicencas, and an appetiser featuring island products.

Date-specific tour listings show weekday options, including Thursday, but a time shown on a booking platform does not guarantee that the operator has a space available. Contact the winery or complete a booking request before travelling.

Boat excursions, guided tours and coastal activities

Late October can still offer opportunities for organised excursions, including boat trips, guided coastal outings, kayaking and jeep tours. However, these are commercial experiences rather than guaranteed public events.

Available listings include beach and cave-hopping cruises, west-coast boat excursions and a sunset kayak experience around Portinatx. Departures, ticket prices, route details and seasonal operating days vary by provider.

Confirm the precise departure time, availability, minimum age, equipment requirements and cancellation conditions directly with the operator. Boat and kayaking activities should proceed only when the provider confirms that sea and weather conditions are suitable.

The evening offers a relaxed alternative to a conventional club night, with food and drinks available at the café.

Las Dalias Café operates separately from the weekend hippy market, so visitors should not assume that the daytime market stalls are open on Thursday.

Thursday, October 29, offers a mix of cultural experiences, local music and late-season entertainment. In Ibiza Town, the opening of the Halloween film festival provides the main cultural event of the evening, while HIC Summit brings tourism and sustainability discussions to Santa Eulària.

Art exhibitions across Ibiza and Formentera provide plenty of options during the day, including two shows in Sant Francesc and several exhibitions in their final week. The local-studies conference adds a historical perspective for those interested in Formentera's heritage and collective memory, subject to its access requirements.

For live music, Ibiza Vinyl Club at Las Dalias Café, LaCalle at Can Jordi and The Rosemary Family at Cas Costas offer three confirmed free concerts. Later, Bubbles Closing Party at Es Paradis provides a ticketed nightlife option.

Before travelling, confirm any remaining venue-hour discrepancies, registration requirements and the availability of commercial excursions.

Ticket availability and prices can change, so we recommend checking the relevant event listing before heading to your chosen party.
