A decade after the debut of its original countryside retreat in Oxfordshire, Soho House has unveiled its second Soho Farmhouse—this time on the laid-back shores of Ibiza. Situated in Santa Gertrudis, just 20 minutes from the island’s main hub, the new property sprawls across nine acres of olive groves and is tailored exclusively for members and their guests.

The estate comprises several accommodation options—including an eight-bedroom main house, a three-bedroom annex, and a pair of two-bedroom villas—for overnight stays. The design exudes a rustic charm, featuring white-washed exteriors, terracotta flooring, exposed wooden beams, and architecture inspired by traditional fincas. Inside, contemporary comforts are artfully intertwined with a curated art collection overseen by in-house creative director Kate Bryan.

Upon arrival, members are greeted by a club lounge overlooking a pool and Ibizan landscape. Nearby, a library and adjoining garden offer the perfect setting for casual tapas—think calamari and Iberian ham—while a curved bar serves both Soho House classics and a newly created Ibizan Rosé Spritz.

Dining at the Farmhouse restaurant features Balearic-inspired cuisine, served indoors or on the terrace. The menu evolves with the seasons and relies heavily on local produce—some of which is harvested from the nearby “El Huerto” vegetable garden, also available for private outdoor dinners for up to 14 guests. Signature items include a trio of Cantabrian anchovies, Formentera-grilled langoustine, and sea bream carpaccio. A standout dessert is the ensaimada transformed into an ice cream sandwich, while villa guests can even arrange for a personal chef to prepare barbecue meals in their private gardens.

Wellness takes centre stage at the on-site Health Club, which invites members to begin their treatment with a personalized wellness beverage—options include electrolytes, magnesium, or collagen—before heading to a wooden treatment hut for a soothing facial or relaxing massage. A signature experience is the Gold Sculpt Ritual, combining massage, gua sha sculpting, and exfoliation. The wellness amenities also include a gym, yoga deck, sauna, steam room, onsen-style baths, ice baths, and an optional IV drip.

Shopping is catered for at Odeum, the in-house boutique showcasing items from over 40 founder-led brands, offering an array of clothing, jewelry, accessories, and art.

Exploration isn’t always on foot—members can cruise the grounds in vintage cream-colored stretch Fiats.

Soho Farmhouse Ibiza welcomes members and overnight guests year-round.
