The Site Ibiza has completed its first summer season as an integrated luxury destination in Playa d’en Bossa, combining two hotels, internationally recognised restaurants, fashion boutiques, contemporary art and a programme of lifestyle experiences. The project, developed by Palladium Hotel Group, is preparing to reopen in 2027 following a season that brought together hospitality, gastronomy, culture and entertainment in one location.
The development represents an investment of more than €90 million, according to Palladium Hotel Group. Its concept is designed to appeal to both residents and visitors, bringing several established and newly introduced businesses together within the same destination.
Two hotels with different identities
The hotel offering at The Site Ibiza is built around two properties with distinct concepts.
BLESS Ibiza The Site opened in June 2026, introducing a contemporary luxury hotel focused on design, wellbeing and gastronomy. Designed by Lázaro Rosa-Violán Studio, the property has 461 suites and forms part of the BLESS Collection Hotels brand.
The second property, The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, opened in 2025 following an extensive renovation. Inspired by the legacy of Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel, it takes a more entertainment-focused approach, combining contemporary design, music and a lively social atmosphere. The hotel has 181 rooms and suites, according to the company announcement.
Together, the two hotels provide different accommodation experiences within the wider The Site Ibiza concept.
A gastronomic destination featuring internationally recognised chefs
Gastronomy has been one of the central elements of the destination's first season. The restaurant offering brings together several internationally recognised names and concepts, including Gordon Ramsay Hell’s Kitchen, StreetXO by Dabiz Muñoz, COYA Ibiza, Leña and Lobito de Mar by Dani García, as well as Sublimotion by Paco Roncero and TATEL Ibiza.
One of the season's notable additions was StreetXO Ibiza, which brought Dabiz Muñoz's distinctive, unconventional culinary concept to the island. Located within IBIZA Gallery, the restaurant hosted events during the season, including a closing celebration attended by the chef and Cristina Pedroche, who made her DJ debut at the event.
The destination also welcomed a number of familiar faces from the worlds of entertainment, fashion and social media throughout the summer, according to the project's announcement.
IBIZA Gallery brings fashion and contemporary art together
Beyond its hotels and restaurants, The Site Ibiza includes IBIZA Gallery, a 4,800-square-metre space combining fashion boutiques, art exhibitions and cultural activities.
More than 20 boutiques and temporary retail spaces featured during the season, with international names including Chloé, Orlebar Brown, Aesop, reVOLVER Sunglasses and Red Bull AlphaTauri among those highlighted in the announcement.
The gallery also hosted contemporary art exhibitions organised by Cardi Gallery, adding an artistic dimension to the wider destination.
A season of experiences, from sunrise yoga to live music
The programme extended beyond accommodation, shopping and dining, with events and experiences taking place across the different spaces.
The opening event, held under the concept Welcome to the Curated Ibiza, brought together hundreds of guests from the worlds of culture, fashion and entertainment.
Wellbeing also featured in the programme through Yoga Sunrise sessions at The Cloud 9 rooftop at BLESS Ibiza The Site. Led by instructors including Verónica Blume, the sessions offered participants the opportunity to practise yoga while watching the sun rise over the Mediterranean.
Art was another highlight, with the presentation of a large-scale sculpture by international urban artist Alec Monopoly. The work depicts a figure in front of a DJ booth and was completed with a live graffiti intervention by the artist.
Gastronomic events included SIX HANDS, a collaborative dinner at The Beach, Unexpected Ibiza. The experience brought together Jorge Lengua, chef of Michelin-starred restaurant Llavor in Oropesa de Mar; Adri Paniagua, head chef at The Beach; and Gonzalo Cancelo, pastry chef at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel.
Live music also formed part of the season, with an intimate acoustic performance by Cintia Lund, accompanied by Yanara Espinoza on guitar and backing vocals.
