Supporting Local Gastronomy Beyond the Summer Season
First launched in 2009, Restaurat has become an established autumn gastronomic initiative in Sant Antoni, reaching its 17th edition in 2026.
The programme is designed to support local restaurants and encourage economic activity as the summer tourist season comes to an end. It also provides an opportunity for residents to discover establishments that remain active throughout the year.
By putting local ingredients at the centre of its menus, this year's edition celebrates the connection between Ibiza's agricultural heritage and its contemporary restaurant scene.
