Santa Eulària des Riu has received the highest recognition for municipal transparency in the latest assessment carried out through the Infoparticipa project of the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB).

The evaluation examined the websites of 67 municipalities across the Balearic Islands, assessing how clearly and accessibly local councils make public information available to residents.

Only seven municipalities passed the assessment, with Santa Eulària and Mallorca's Inca achieving the highest category, recognised with the Infoparticipa Seal of Excellence.
