Villa specialist Top Villas has launched a new Ibiza programme as it expands its European portfolio, offering travel agents a collection of villas across the island for families, groups and luxury travellers.

The new Ibiza collection includes coastal properties, countryside fincas and villas with features such as private swimming pools, sea views and outdoor entertaining areas. The programme is available to book immediately.

The launch comes as Top Villas reports significant growth in bookings through the UK travel trade during the 2026 summer period.

Trade Bookings Increase by 85%

Top Villas said the number of bookings generated through UK travel agents increased by 85% between 1 June and 27 August 2026 compared with the same period in 2025.

The total value of those trade bookings increased by 135% year on year.

The company did not disclose the underlying number of bookings or total sales value.

Average booking value also increased during the period, rising from approximately £4,095 in 2025 to £5,200 in 2026. That represents an increase of roughly 27%.

Top Villas said the increase has been supported by growing demand for larger luxury properties, alongside increased bookings to destinations including Ibiza and Croatia.

A New Ibiza Collection

The Ibiza programme is designed to give travel agents a wider selection of properties to offer clients looking for villa holidays on the island.

The collection covers different settings, including countryside locations and coastal areas, with properties intended for both families and larger groups.

Top Villas general manager Ed Frampton Fell said the company was seeing continued demand for villas that provide greater space, privacy and flexibility.

He described Ibiza as a natural next step in the company's European expansion and said the aim was to make it easier for travel agents to sell the destination through a selected villa portfolio and specialist support.

Ibiza Joins a Growing European Portfolio

The Ibiza launch forms part of Top Villas' wider expansion across Europe.

The company already offers properties in destinations including Portugal, mainland Spain, Italy and Croatia, alongside its established Orlando and wider US portfolio.

Its current Ibiza collection includes properties in areas such as San Antonio, Santa Eulalia, San Carlos, San José and San Juan.

The company's Ibiza portfolio includes villas ranging from three-bedroom properties to larger homes accommodating groups of up to 12 guests.

Larger Villa Bookings Drive Growth

Top Villas' latest figures suggest that higher-value villa bookings are contributing to its growth through the travel trade.

The average trade booking value of £5,200 in the June-August period was approximately 27% higher than the previous year's £4,095 average. The company said demand for larger luxury properties was one factor behind the increase.

The company has also highlighted the continued growth of multigenerational travel, with villas offering larger groups separate bedrooms and bathrooms alongside shared living areas.

For travel agents, villa bookings can also create opportunities to arrange additional services such as flights, transfers, car hire and concierge experiences.

Ibiza Programme Available Now

Top Villas' new Ibiza programme is now available for booking through its trade network.

The launch gives the company an additional destination in its European portfolio at a time when its reported UK trade business has recorded strong year-on-year growth.

For Ibiza, the arrival of another international villa specialist also adds to the island's growing presence in the high-value holiday rental market, particularly among families and groups looking for private accommodation rather than traditional hotel stays.
