Darius Syrossian has spent years playing in some of Ibiza's most important clubs, but the Moxy Muzik boss says some of his favourite island experiences happen far away from the DJ booth.

The British DJ and producer, who has been a monthly Defected resident in Ibiza since 2019, has shared his personal recommendations for enjoying the island, from long coastal walks and secluded beaches to sunset dinners and his favourite place to play.

His advice comes with one central message: Ibiza should not be experienced exclusively through nightlife.

Don't Spend the Whole Trip Partying

Syrossian's first piece of advice is perhaps the simplest.

He believes visitors should resist the temptation to spend an entire Ibiza holiday moving from one party to the next.

"I Didn't Realise Quite How Good It Was"
