The Site Ibiza Completes Its First Season with Luxury Hotels, International Gastronomy, Art and Lifestyle Experiences

06 November 2026 г.

The Site Ibiza has completed its first summer season in Playa d'en Bossa, establishing a new destination that brings together luxury hospitality, internationally recognised gastronomy, contemporary art, fashion and lifestyle experiences. Developed by Palladium Hotel Group with an investment exceeding €90 million, the project has introduced a new integrated leisure and hospitality concept to one of Ibiza's best-known coastal areas.

Combining two luxury hotels, a gastronomic hub featuring internationally recognised chefs, a major retail and art space, and a programme of cultural and lifestyle events, The Site Ibiza has spent its inaugural season attracting residents, visitors and internationally recognised personalities.

Following the conclusion of its first season, the destination is now preparing for its reopening in 2027.

Two Luxury Hotels with Different Identities

The hospitality offering at The Site Ibiza brings together two hotels with distinct concepts and complementary approaches to luxury accommodation.

BLESS Ibiza The Site opened in June 2026, introducing 461 rooms and a design by Lázaro Rosa-Violán Studio. As the second BLESS Collection Hotels property on the island, it offers a contemporary interpretation of Mediterranean luxury, combining design, gastronomy and wellness.

Alongside it, The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel features 181 rooms and suites. Inspired by the legacy of Ushuaïa Ibiza Beach Hotel, the property reopened in 2025 following an extensive renovation led by U Interior Design.

Its concept focuses on contemporary design, entertainment, music and a more provocative visual identity, offering a different experience within the wider destination.

Together, the two hotels provide different ways to experience Ibiza within the same integrated development.

An International Gastronomic Destination

One of the main attractions of The Site Ibiza is its gastronomic offering, which brings together restaurants associated with some of the most recognised chefs and culinary concepts in Spain and internationally.

The collection includes the first Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen restaurant in Europe, alongside StreetXO Ibiza by Dabiz Muñoz, Peruvian restaurant COYA Ibiza, Leña Ibiza and Lobito de Mar by Dani García, Sublimotion by Paco Roncero, and TATEL Ibiza.

StreetXO Ibiza has been one of the notable gastronomic additions of the season. The restaurant's creative approach combines international influences, bold flavours and an unconventional dining experience.

Its opening and closing celebrations attracted particular attention, including the presence of Dabiz Muñoz and his wife Cristina Pedroche. At the restaurant's closing celebration, Pedroche made her debut as a DJ.

Other recognised personalities visiting the gastronomic spaces included Victoria Federica, Lucía Rivera, María Lozano, Arón Piper and Miriam Giovanelli.

The combination of different culinary concepts gives The Site Ibiza a gastronomic offering that extends from contemporary international cuisine and Peruvian cooking to Mediterranean dining and immersive gastronomic experiences.

IBIZA Gallery Combines Contemporary Art, Fashion and Retail

Another central part of the development is IBIZA Gallery, a 4,800-square-metre space combining contemporary art exhibitions, fashion boutiques and temporary retail concepts.

More than 20 boutiques and pop-ups featured during the first season, with international brands including Chloé, Orlebar Brown, Red Bull AlphaTauri, reVOLVER Sunglasses and Aesop.

The gallery also hosted contemporary art exhibitions organised by Cardi Gallery, bringing international artistic work into the wider lifestyle environment.

The opening of BLESS Ibiza The Site attracted several personalities from the worlds of entertainment, fashion and digital culture, including actresses Juana Acosta, Bárbara Santa-Cruz and Hiba Abouk, as well as international content creator Zina Charkoplia.

The concept behind IBIZA Gallery is to combine shopping, art and cultural experiences within a single space, creating an additional attraction for visitors who are not necessarily staying at either hotel.

A Season of Art, Wellness and Cultural Experiences

Beyond accommodation, shopping and restaurants, The Site Ibiza developed a programme of events throughout its first season, covering wellness, contemporary art, gastronomy and live music.

One of the opening highlights was Welcome to the Curated Ibiza, an event that brought together hundreds of guests from the worlds of culture, fashion and entertainment.

Wellness also featured through the Yoga Sunrise sessions at The Cloud 9, the rooftop of BLESS Ibiza The Site. These early-morning experiences combined yoga with views across the Mediterranean and featured guidance from Verónica Blume, the former international model and recognised yoga and wellness practitioner.

Art was another important element of the programme, with the unveiling of a monumental sculpture by international urban artist Alec Monopoly.

The large-scale sculpture features a figure positioned in front of a DJ booth, incorporating the artist's recognisable visual language. Alec Monopoly completed the work through a live graffiti intervention during its presentation.

These activities helped establish an events programme extending beyond the traditional hotel experience, connecting the destination with different areas of Ibiza's cultural and creative scene.

Six-Hands Gastronomy and Live Music

The gastronomic calendar also included SIX HANDS, a collaborative dinner held at The Beach, Unexpected Ibiza.

The experience brought together three culinary professionals:

  • Jorge Lengua, chef of Llavor in Oropesa de Mar, a restaurant awarded a Michelin star in 2026.

  • Adri Paniagua, head chef of The Beach, Unexpected Ibiza.

  • Gonzalo Cancelo, pastry chef at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel.

The collaboration brought together different culinary approaches in a single dining experience, highlighting the role of gastronomic events within The Site Ibiza's seasonal programme.

Live music added another dimension through an intimate acoustic concert by singer Cintia Lund at BLESS Ibiza The Site. She performed alongside Yanara Espinoza, who accompanied her on guitar and backing vocals.

The concert formed part of a wider programme designed to bring together music, hospitality and cultural experiences in a Mediterranean setting.

The Site Ibiza Prepares for Its 2027 Reopening

The conclusion of its first season marks an important milestone for The Site Ibiza and Palladium Hotel Group's wider investment in Playa d'en Bossa.

The project combines two hotels, an international gastronomic offering, contemporary art exhibitions, more than 20 retail boutiques and pop-ups, and a programme of lifestyle experiences.

Its development represents an investment exceeding €90 million, according to the group's announcement, reflecting a long-term commitment to expanding the hospitality and leisure offering in Ibiza.

With its first season now complete, The Site Ibiza is preparing to reopen in 2027, with plans to continue developing its combination of accommodation, gastronomy, fashion, art, wellness and entertainment.
