International DJs Seth Troxler and DJ Tennis have taken their shared passion for food, design and music into the hospitality world with Seth & Manni’s, a new deli and cocktail bar in Marina Botafoch, Ibiza. Opened in September 2026, the venue brings together American deli culture and Sicilian street-food influences in an interior created in collaboration with the renowned Italian design collective Memphis Milano.

Located at Avinguda 8 d'Agost, 29, the restaurant overlooks Ibiza's harbour and the historic walls of Dalt Vila. Rather than creating another nightlife venue, the founders have developed a relaxed meeting place centred on food, drinks, design and conversation.

The project brings together two long-time friends whose professional lives have extended well beyond electronic music. Seth Troxler, known for his work as a DJ and producer, grew up in Michigan, while Manfredi Romano, better known as DJ Tennis, was born in Sicily. Their different backgrounds have helped shape the restaurant's culinary identity.

From the Dancefloor to the Dining Table

The idea behind Seth & Manni’s grew out of the founders' shared interest in food and hospitality.

Troxler has previously explored the restaurant and catering world through Smokey Tails, his American barbecue project inspired by family recipes and Midwestern food traditions. Romano, meanwhile, has a background in cooking and has developed his culinary interests through Munchietown, a platform featuring cooking videos, collaborations and dining experiences.

Their new Ibiza project gives both artists a permanent place on the island beyond their summer DJ commitments.

The name combines Seth's first name with Manni, a nickname associated with Manfredi Romano. Their shared philosophy is summed up in the phrase “Quality Always”, which has become part of the identity of the new venue.

American Deli Culture Meets Sicilian Street Food

The menu brings together the founders' culinary backgrounds, combining American deli favourites with Sicilian street food, Mediterranean influences and ingredients sourced on the island.

The selection includes sandwiches, fresh salads and a variety of dishes inspired by family recipes and the founders' travels.

Among the dishes discussed in an interview with AD Italia are Sicilian panelle, lasagne with crisp, browned edges and fried chicken inspired by Troxler's grandmother. The menu also reflects the pair's interest in combining different food traditions, with Troxler explaining that he likes the idea of enjoying lasagne and fried rice in the same restaurant.

The cocktail programme was developed in collaboration with Soulshakers, an international bar consultancy, adding another dimension to the food and drinks offering.

The intention is to create an informal place where guests can enjoy good food and drinks without the formality of a traditional restaurant.

Memphis Milano Brings Its Distinctive Design Language to Ibiza

One of the most striking elements of Seth & Manni’s is its interior design.

Canadian designer Toby Gauley worked closely with Memphis Milano to translate the collective's distinctive aesthetic into a hospitality environment. Founded in Milan in 1981 by architect and designer Ettore Sottsass and a group of collaborators, Memphis became internationally recognised for its unconventional furniture, bold geometric forms, contrasting colours and experimental materials.

The Ibiza venue incorporates original Memphis pieces alongside custom-designed furniture, decorative laminates and finishes inspired by the collective's visual language.

Among the recognisable designs are Ettore Sottsass's Carlton bookcase, Michele De Lucchi's First chairs and stools, and Marco Zanini's Rossella lamp.

The interior also features colourful surfaces, patterned tables, a striking bar, vintage televisions, speakers and vinyl records. These elements reflect the founders' connection to music while giving the restaurant a distinctive visual identity.

The collaboration is particularly notable because it represents Memphis Milano's first official restaurant project, extending its design philosophy into a working hospitality space.

Artist Tobias Rehberger also contributed neon artworks and installations in the bathrooms, adding another contemporary artistic layer to the interior.

Music as Part of the Atmosphere, Not the Main Event

Despite being founded by two internationally recognised DJs, Seth & Manni’s is not intended to operate as a nightclub or regular DJ event venue.

In their interview with AD Italia, the founders explained that they do not plan to organise DJ sets. Instead, they want music to remain part of the atmosphere, creating a setting where people can talk, eat and spend time together.

Both founders have brought their own records and collections into the project, with the intention of giving the space the feeling of a home with its own soundtrack.

This approach offers a different expression of their musical backgrounds, placing the emphasis on hospitality and social connection rather than performances.

A New Addition to Marina Botafoch

Seth & Manni’s adds another distinctive food and drink concept to Marina Botafoch, an area known for its waterfront restaurants, bars and views across Ibiza's harbour towards Dalt Vila.

The project brings together gastronomy, contemporary design and electronic music culture through the interests of its two founders.

For Troxler and Romano, it is an opportunity to develop something that remains connected to their creative identities while offering a different kind of experience from their work behind the decks.

With its American and Sicilian food influences, Memphis Milano interior and relaxed approach to music, Seth & Manni’s introduces a new meeting place to Ibiza's dining scene, built around the simple idea of bringing people together over good food and drinks.
