Detroit's influence on electronic music takes centre stage at 528 Ibiza this Tuesday, September 15, as Pikes Presents joins forces with Detroit Love for a special edition bringing together Moodymann, Carl Craig, Mirko Loko and a selection of artists across the venue.

The party runs from 18:00 until 04:00, beginning outdoors before moving inside for the late-night session. Clubtickets currently lists entry from €29.50 before 19:30, while standard admission is €51. Both ticket options include the exit shuttle bus. The event is strictly 21+ and operates a no-reentry policy.

The Garden Stage sets the tone from 18:00 to 23:00, with Carl Craig, Mirko Loko and Pikes resident DJs currently listed by Clubtickets. The club then takes over from 23:00 until 04:00, with Ryan O Gorman and special guests still marked as TBA.

There is, however, an additional Detroit Love element to Tuesday's programme. The official 528 Ibiza listing currently names Moodymann and Mirko Loko for the Garden, while the Teatro hosts an exclusive screening of Desire: The Carl Craig Story before Carl Craig, Idriss D and Ryan O Gorman take over the late-night room.

Carl Craig is central to the Detroit connection. A pioneering producer and DJ from Detroit, Craig has been an important figure in the city's electronic music history for decades, while his Detroit Love project celebrates the musical heritage and creative culture that grew from the city. Tuesday's event therefore goes beyond a conventional guest-DJ lineup, bringing the story and sound of Detroit into the wider Pikes Presents experience.

The event is part of Pikes Presents' second season at 528 Ibiza. After establishing itself at the Benimussa Hills venue in 2025, the series expanded its 2026 programme to a 20-week Tuesday residency running from May 26 through October 6, alongside several special Saturday dates. The concept retains the musical spirit of Pikes while using 528's larger outdoor setting and multiple spaces.

Tuesday's edition also offers something particularly unusual for Ibiza: the opportunity to catch an exclusive screening of a documentary about one of Detroit's most influential electronic artists before hearing Craig perform later that night. It gives the event a cultural dimension alongside the dancing, with the film setting the scene for the music that follows.

Guests must be 21 or over and should bring valid original identification. There is no strict dress code, although the organisers ask guests to make an effort and specifically advise against novelty items, beachwear and sportswear. Once guests leave the venue, re-entry is not permitted.

With Moodymann, Carl Craig, Mirko Loko and Idriss D among the names attached to the programme, Tuesday's Pikes Presents x Detroit Love is shaping up as one of the more musically focused nights of the late Ibiza season. It is a celebration of Detroit's enduring influence, filtered through the distinctive atmosphere that has become synonymous with Pikes Presents at 528.
