Ibiza’s food scene is getting another celebrity endorsement — and this time, Dua Lipa’s favourite island restaurants are also being recognised among Spain’s best beachside dining spots.
A new Forbes España feature highlights several Ibiza restaurants that appear in the singer’s recent Service95 Ibiza guide, noting that a number of them also feature in Tapas Magazine’s Best Chiringuitos 2026 selection.
Casa Jondal Takes the Top Spot
The biggest recognition goes to Casa Jondal, the Cala Jondal restaurant led by chef Rafa Zafra, which was named Tapas Best Chiringuito 2026.
The restaurant combines a relaxed beachfront setting with a serious focus on Mediterranean ingredients, particularly fresh fish, seasonal seafood and charcoal cooking. Tapas praised its ability to reinterpret the traditional chiringuito while maintaining the informal atmosphere associated with eating by the sea.
Casa Jondal is also one of the places featured in Dua Lipa’s Service95 Ibiza recommendations, putting it at the intersection of two very different forms of recognition: celebrity approval and a major Spanish food ranking.
Es Fumeral: A Quieter Side of Ibiza
Another name appearing in both worlds is Es Fumeral, located beside the sea at Cala Nova.
The restaurant has also been included in Tapas Magazine's selection of Spain's 25 best chiringuitos for 2026.
Its food centres on fresh fish and seafood, with chefs Alberto Pacheco and Marc Vadell building the menu around high-quality seasonal produce.
The restaurant represents a more relaxed, understated side of Ibiza's beach dining culture, where the focus is as much on the ingredients and setting as on luxury.
Nudo Brings an International Twist
Nudo is another restaurant featured in Dua Lipa's Ibiza recommendations and recognised by Tapas.
Located on the road towards Es Figueral, Nudo takes a distinctly international approach to Mediterranean cooking, incorporating Italian, Guatemalan, Nordic, Mexican and Japanese influences.
The restaurant was previously awarded the T de Oro in the Balearic Islands in 2022, adding another layer of recognition to its growing reputation.
Sa Capella: Dinner Inside a Historic Chapel
Dua Lipa's list also includes Sa Capella, one of Ibiza's most atmospheric restaurants.
As its name suggests, the restaurant is located inside a former chapel near Sant Antoni, creating a setting that is dramatically different from Ibiza's beachfront restaurants.
Its menu focuses on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, with the wood-fired oven playing an important role in the kitchen. The combination of historic architecture, Mediterranean food and evening cocktails makes it particularly suited to a more atmospheric night out.
Casa Lhasa Goes Beyond the Beach
The final restaurant highlighted by Forbes is Casa Lhasa, in Sant Llorenç de Balàfia.
Unlike the beachfront chiringuitos, Casa Lhasa is an inland restaurant known for its changing daily menu and extensive wine selection.
Its cellar contains more than 900 organic and biodynamic wines from the Balearic Islands, the wider Iberian Peninsula and elsewhere in Europe.
The kitchen focuses heavily on local ingredients, including fish sourced from island fishermen and meat from Ibiza butchers.
Dua Lipa’s Ibiza Connection
Dua Lipa's recommendations are particularly notable because the singer has repeatedly returned to Ibiza and has openly described the island as one of her favourite places to visit.
Her Service95 guide gives visitors a more personal look at the restaurants and places she enjoys when she is on the island, rather than simply presenting a conventional tourist list.
Her Ibiza connection has also continued this summer, with the singer returning to the island around her August 22 birthday and spending time there with her siblings.
Tapas’ Best Chiringuitos of 2026
Casa Jondal was not the only Ibiza name recognised in Tapas Magazine's wider 25 Best Chiringuitos in Spain 2026 selection.
The list also includes Es Fumeral and Lobito de Mar in Ibiza, alongside beachside destinations across Mallorca, Formentera, Tenerife, Marbella, Catalonia, Galicia and other parts of Spain.
Tapas says the selection is intended to recognise beach establishments that combine food quality, service, respect for local produce and a strong connection with their surroundings.
That makes the overlap with Dua Lipa's recommendations particularly interesting: the restaurants attracting international celebrity attention are also being recognised within Spain's broader beach-food scene.
Ibiza’s Beach Dining Gets Another Spotlight
The overlap between Dua Lipa's personal favourites and the Tapas ranking highlights something increasingly important about Ibiza's food culture.
The island's dining scene isn't only about glamorous restaurants and expensive beach clubs. Some of its most celebrated places continue to revolve around fresh local produce, the Mediterranean, relaxed meals and eating by the sea.
And now, with Dua Lipa recommending several of them and Casa Jondal taking Spain's Best Chiringuito 2026 title, Ibiza's beach restaurants are having another major moment in the spotlight.
