Solomun will return to the Port of Ibiza tomorrow, Wednesday, September 23, for the 11th edition of Solomun at the Port, a free open-air event that has become a recurring part of Ibiza's September music calendar.

The German-Bosnian DJ and producer will perform from 19:00 to 23:00, bringing four hours of music to the port with the historic profile of Dalt Vila providing the backdrop.

Four Hours of Free Music

The event will take place entirely outdoors and is free to attend.

Solomun is scheduled to perform his extended set from 19:00 until 23:00, allowing the audience to experience the artist outside the usual nightclub setting.

The event listing indicates an overall event window beginning at 18:00, while Solomun's performance itself is scheduled for 19:00 to 23:00.

The 11th Edition

Solomun at the Port began in 2014 and has returned as an annual September event, with a two-year pause during the pandemic in 2020 and 2021.

The 2026 edition therefore marks the 11th time the event has been held.

Over the years, the format has remained centred on a free outdoor performance in the port, bringing electronic music into one of the most recognisable areas of Ibiza Town.

A Tradition Connected to the Port

The event was originally created as a way for Solomun to give something back to the local community while supporting the businesses and traders around the port.

Previous editions have brought together residents, visitors, families and electronic-music fans, with thousands of people attending some editions.

No official attendance forecast has been announced for the 2026 event.

Organised With Local Support

The event is presented with the involvement of the Port of Ibiza, the Ajuntament d’Eivissa and the Association of Residents of the Port of Ibiza.

Pacha Ibiza is also supporting the event.

The collaboration reflects the connection between Solomun's long-standing Ibiza career, the port community and the club where he has held his residency.

A Different Setting for Solomun

Solomun at the Port offers a very different environment from the DJ's regular club performances.

Instead of a ticketed nightclub, the music takes place in the open air in the centre of Ibiza Town, allowing people to gather around the port area without purchasing an entry ticket.

The location also puts the performance directly alongside the historic old town and its Dalt Vila skyline.

Respect the Port Area

With a large public gathering expected, visitors are encouraged to respect the surrounding streets, businesses and public spaces.

Previous event guidance has encouraged attendees to support bars and restaurants in the area and to dispose of rubbish responsibly.

The organisers have also emphasised the importance of protecting the port environment during the event.

For four hours on Wednesday evening, the Port of Ibiza will once again become the setting for Solomun's annual open-air performance.

With free entry, a 19:00 start and a four-hour set, Solomun at the Port is set to bring the 2026 edition of the event back to the waterfront on September 23.
