Located on Ibiza’s spectacular west coast near San José, this elegant villa enjoys breathtaking sea views toward the legendary island of Es Vedrà, one of the most iconic and mystical landmarks in the Mediterranean. Long associated with Ibizan folklore and unforgettable sunsets, Es Vedrà forms a dramatic backdrop that can be admired directly from the terraces and outdoor living spaces of the property. Positioned just 250 metres from the sea, the villa is also within walking distance of several secluded coves and beaches, making it an ideal base for exploring the island’s famous west coast sunsets.

The outdoor areas are designed to fully embrace the surrounding landscape and sea views. A striking 13-metre by 3.5-metre swimming pool stretches across the width of the property, creating a central focal point for long, sun-filled days. Comfortable loungers line the poolside terrace, allowing guests to relax while gazing across the sparkling Mediterranean toward Es Vedrà. Beyond the pool, palm-lined lawns provide space for children to play, while generous terraces offer both sunny and shaded areas for relaxing or dining outdoors. To one side of the house, a wooden deck forms a dedicated barbecue area with an additional alfresco dining space that comfortably seats ten guests, ideal for evening gatherings and sunset dinners.

Inside, the villa combines modern architecture with warm, inviting interiors. Whitewashed walls and polished concrete floors create a clean contemporary canvas that is softened by colourful furnishings, artwork, and natural light. The open-plan living area features a comfortable lounge that flows seamlessly into a sleek, fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and garden views. Large windows frame the surrounding landscape and connect the indoor spaces with the outdoor terraces.

The villa accommodates up to twelve guests across six bedrooms. Four bedrooms are located in the main house, each with its own contemporary en-suite bathroom. Two additional double bedrooms are situated in a separate guest house and share a bathroom, providing additional privacy for families or groups travelling together. Throughout the property, the design continues the combination of clean architectural lines with vibrant décor.

The master suite on the upper floor offers one of the most memorable features of the villa. With a super king-size bed, walk-in wardrobes, and a private terrace overlooking the sea and Es Vedrà, the room provides a truly special vantage point. The en-suite bathroom includes a freestanding bathtub positioned so that guests can enjoy the magical view while bathing. Several of the other bedrooms also enjoy direct access to terraces or garden views, while all are equipped with air conditioning for comfort.

Modern amenities include WiFi, Apple TV, smart television, Sonos sound system, alarm and CCTV security, laundry facilities, and a fully equipped kitchen. The property is fully fenced and includes private parking, baby equipment, and pool towels, ensuring convenience for families and groups.

With its striking location, panoramic sea views, and stylish contemporary design, this villa offers an exceptional setting for experiencing the beauty and atmosphere of Ibiza’s west coast. The property accommodates up to twelve guests across six bedrooms and five bathrooms, with a minimum stay of seven nights. Weekly rates range from 8,750€ in low season to 22,000€ in high season. Housekeeping is included with four hours of daily cleaning from Monday to Saturday, along with weekly linen and towel changes and regular outdoor maintenance to keep the property and gardens in pristine condition.
