SWAG Ibiza is turning the page on its Wednesday night experiment this week as Candy Land reaches its 2026 closing party on September 9. The Playa d'en Bossa club's colourful reggaeton concept finishes its inaugural season with a final late-night session built around urban sounds, big classics and a deliberately high-energy atmosphere.

Doors open at 23:55, with tickets currently starting at €30 for the closing party. SWAG operates an 18+ policy, requires valid identification and does not allow re-entry once guests leave the venue.

Candy Land was introduced at SWAG for the 2026 season as a weekly Wednesday residency running from July 1 through September 9. The concept was designed to put a sweeter, more playful spin on reggaeton, using neon visuals, vibrant colours and a high-energy club atmosphere alongside a soundtrack of current reggaeton hits, established classics and hip-hop.

There is no named headline DJ confirmed for the September 9 closing party. Clubtickets lists the music as coming from SWAG residents and special guests, with individual artists to be announced. That makes the concept itself the main attraction for the final night rather than a particular headliner.

The closing party also marks the end of Candy Land's first season at SWAG. Unlike the venue's Thursday Xcandalous programme, which focuses on hip-hop, trap and dancehall, Candy Land has been positioned more heavily around reggaeton while still bringing hip-hop into the mix. The result is a distinctly Latin-urban Wednesday alternative to Ibiza's electronic music calendar.

SWAG itself was established in 2014 in Playa d'en Bossa and has developed around urban music, offering programming that ranges from hip-hop and R&B to rap, trap and reggaeton. The club has two dancefloors, VIP areas and a DJ booth designed to accommodate back-to-back sets.

The September 9 finale comes during a busy closing-party week at SWAG. Xcandalous closes its Thursday run on September 10, Señorita follows with its closing party on September 11, Gloss closes on September 12 and Morenita finishes its Sunday residency on September 13.

With Candy Land's weekly residency ending after just over two months, September 9 is the final chance to experience the concept in its original 2026 format. From 23:55, SWAG will once again trade the conventional Ibiza soundtrack for reggaeton, hip-hop and urban party energy as Candy Land says goodbye to its first season.
