Made from Pinot noir from Ay and Chardonnay from Chouilly, both Grand Cru sites, the Cuvée Exigence Brut is a newfound aromatic complexity.

This exceptional Cuvée Exigence No.10 covers the best vintages from 1995 to 2014 and is partly made from a reserve that has been stocked with the best wines since 1995, similar to the solera process.
