Ibiza Rocks swaps the island's usual house-heavy soundtrack for R&B this Sunday, September 20, as R&B Affair returns to the San Antonio pool with DJ Spoony, Shortee Blitz, DJ Policy and Lewis Bones.

The party runs from 14:00 to 21:00. Early-entry Day Passes are currently €32 and include a €25 cashback card for food and drinks, with arrival required before 15:00. Anytime Day Passes are €48 and include €40 in food and drink credit, with last entry at 20:00. Clubtickets currently shows fewer than 50 tickets remaining in both categories.

DJ Spoony returns for September

DJ Spoony leads the September 20 lineup alongside Shortee Blitz, DJ Policy and Lewis Bones, with all four names confirmed on the current Clubtickets event page.

Spoony has taken a central role in the final month of R&B Affair, appearing every Sunday throughout September. Ibiza Rocks describes his September sessions as a mix of iconic R&B anthems and UK Garage classics, adding another layer to the pool party's 90s and 2000s-focused soundtrack.

Shortee Blitz joins him for this Sunday's edition, while DJ Policy and Lewis Bones complete the four-DJ programme. The pair have appeared regularly throughout the 2026 R&B Affair season, providing continuity as different guest DJs have rotated through the Sunday lineup.

A pool party dedicated to R&B

R&B Affair is deliberately different from much of Ibiza's electronic music calendar. The concept focuses on 90s and 2000s R&B, moving between slow jams, big vocal hooks and familiar singalong tracks. Ibiza Rocks highlights artists including Usher, Beyoncé, Alicia Keys, Ashanti, Ne-Yo and Destiny's Child as examples of the music behind the party's sound.

The 2026 residency has been running every Sunday from May 3 and continues until September 27, with each edition taking place from 14:00 to 21:00.

That means September 20 is the penultimate R&B Affair of the summer.

One more Sunday remains

The R&B Affair closing party takes place next Sunday, September 27. DJ Spoony returns for the finale alongside DJ Ace, DJ Policy and Lewis Bones, with tickets again currently starting at €32.

Guests attending September 20 should also remember that Ibiza Rocks operates a strict 18+ policy and requires original valid identification. There is no re-entry once guests leave the venue. Seating in the Garden area is included with the Day Pass but is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

With DJ Spoony and Shortee Blitz joining resident regulars DJ Policy and Lewis Bones, this Sunday's R&B Affair offers seven hours of poolside R&B, throwbacks and UK Garage influences. With only the September 27 closing party left after this weekend, September 20 is the second-to-last chance to catch R&B Affair at Ibiza Rocks in 2026.
