Claptone has returned to Ibiza for a second season of The Masquerade at Chinois Ibiza, continuing a residency built around music, theatrical presentation and the mystery surrounding his masked persona.

The Saturday night series is running from 16 May to 10 October 2026, with Claptone joined throughout the season by a changing selection of international and local artists.

The residency has become one of the central projects of Claptone's Ibiza calendar, while the DJ and producer is also using 2026 to present his fourth studio album, Wanderer.

The Masquerade returns for a second season

Claptone will be joined by Inner City for a DJ set, alongside CASSIMM and Bastian Bux.

The event is scheduled from 23:30 until 06:30 at Chinois Ibiza.

The night forms part of the final stretch of the 2026 residency, which continues with another date on 3 October before the closing party on 10 October.

The story behind Wanderer

Alongside his Ibiza residency, 2026 has marked the release of Claptone's fourth studio album, Wanderer.

The album was released on 8 May and contains 11 tracks, including collaborations with artists such as Crystal Fighters, Sea Girls, Nathan Nicholson, Hannah Boleyn and Raphaella.

Claptone describes the record as an exploration of the space between perception and reality, with themes including movement, searching and transformation.
