September has arrived in Ibiza, and the island's clubbing season is entering its final stretch. While the 2026 season still has several weeks of major parties ahead, some of the summer's biggest residencies are already reaching their final dates.

The first half of September is particularly busy, with closing parties and final residency dates taking place across some of Ibiza's best-known venues. From Ministry Of Sound at 528 Ibiza and FISHER at [UNVRS] to Swedish House Mafia at Ushuaïa Ibiza and Anyma at [UNVRS], the next two weeks offer a series of significant moments in the island's 2026 club calendar.

Ibiza Spotlight's first closing-party guide for the season covers events from September 3 through September 15, with a mix of large-scale club residencies, daytime sessions and more specialist electronic music events.

Ministry Of Sound celebrates 35 years at 528 Ibiza

The closing-party period begins on Thursday, September 3, with Ministry Of Sound taking over 528 Ibiza.

The event marks 35 years of Ministry Of Sound and brings the British club brand back to Ibiza for the first time in many years. The lineup features Louie Vega, Dan Shake, Benji B, Murphy's Law and Reelow, offering a broad selection of dance music across different generations and styles.

The event is scheduled to move through 528 Ibiza's Garden Stage and club spaces, with music continuing until 04:00.

Louie Vega is the most prominent name on the bill, bringing his long-standing connection to house music to an event specifically designed to celebrate Ministry Of Sound's history.

STREETrave brings '90s nostalgia to Bam-Bu-Ku

On Friday, September 4, Bam-Bu-Ku hosts the STREETrave Ibiza Pool Party.

The daytime event focuses on old-school dance music, with K-Klass, Sunscreem, Altern 8 and Darren from 808 State on the lineup.

Rather than following the traditional late-night Ibiza club format, the event combines poolside surroundings with music heavily connected to the 1990s dance era. It offers another example of the variety that continues across the island even as the main season begins to wind down.

Charlie Sloth brings Fire In The Club to Eden

Also on Friday, September 4, Charlie Sloth presents Fire In The Club at Eden Ibiza.

The event marks a final Friday-night session for the concept at the San Antonio venue. At the time of Ibiza Spotlight's September 3 guide, the supporting lineup had not yet been announced.

The event stands apart from Ibiza's more conventional house and techno programming, reflecting Charlie Sloth's roots in hip-hop and broader urban music culture.

BRESH closes its 2026 season at Amnesia

Saturday, September 5 sees BRESH reach its Ibiza finale at Amnesia.

BRESH has become a regular part of Amnesia's programming, bringing a Latin American-influenced party format combining Latin, pop and hip-hop sounds.

For the 2026 closing party, a special guest was still to be announced when Ibiza Spotlight published its guide. The final event is expected to retain the colourful, high-energy atmosphere that has defined BRESH's Ibiza dates during the season.

FISHER's [UNVRS] residency reaches its finale

One of the biggest closing moments of this first September period arrives on Thursday, September 10, when FISHER finishes his 2026 residency at [UNVRS].

FISHER has spent the summer taking over Thursday nights at the Ibiza hyper-club, and his final date brings together FISHER, KI/KI and Atrip.

The combination is notable for the different directions represented on the lineup. FISHER's house-driven sound sits alongside KI/KI's high-energy trance and techno approach and Atrip's contribution to the bill.

Saturday, September 12 sees Mosimann return to Cova Santa for another edition of Voulez-Vous.

The Swiss DJ and producer is joined by French electronic music artist Sébastien Léger. Ibiza Spotlight positions the event as a more melodic and sophisticated alternative within the September closing-party calendar.

The appearance also completes Mosimann's four-date mini residency at the open-air venue, giving the project one final September outing as the Ibiza season begins to wind down.

Stack City makes a September appearance at Eden Ibiza

Eden also hosts Stack City on Saturday, September 12.

The party is known for moving across harder dance styles including Hard House, Trance, Techno and Makina. Multunes is listed as one of the central names, while additional artists were still to be announced when the guide was published.

The event gives San Antonio another late-season option for clubbers looking for sounds further away from Ibiza's traditional house-focused programming.

Max Dean brings NEXUP to 528 Ibiza

Sunday, September 13 shifts the focus back to house music, with Max Dean bringing his NEXUP project to 528 Ibiza for a daytime session.

The lineup was still partly under wraps at the time of publication, with Max Dean announced alongside additional artists to be revealed.

NEXUP has increasingly become associated with the newer generation of house music, and the 528 Ibiza date is aimed particularly at younger house audiences and Max Dean's growing following.

Swedish House Mafia close their Ushuaïa Ibiza residency

Sunday, September 13 is also one of the biggest dates of the September closing period, with Swedish House Mafia bringing their 2026 Ushuaïa Ibiza residency to an end.

The trio of Axwell, Steve Angello and Sebastian Ingrosso is scheduled to conclude a run of twelve Sundays at the open-air Ibiza venue.

The residency represents Swedish House Mafia's biggest Ibiza presence in more than a decade, making the September 13 finale one of the standout closing events of the month.

For fans who have followed the trio's return to Ushuaïa throughout the summer, the final Sunday provides the last opportunity to see the group at the venue during the 2026 season.

Anyma's ÆDEN reaches its final Ibiza date

Tuesday, September 15 brings another major closing event when Anyma's ÆDEN residency reaches its conclusion at [UNVRS].

Anyma's audiovisual concept has been one of the most ambitious productions on the 2026 Ibiza calendar, combining melodic techno with a large-scale visual environment.

The final lineup includes Anyma alongside Cassian, Kevin de Vries, Innellea, Colyn and Agents Of Time.

The September 15 event is therefore not simply the final date of a residency but the final Ibiza outing of the ÆDEN concept for the 2026 season.

Cocoricò brings GALACTICA to a close at Eden

Also on Tuesday, September 15, Eden hosts the final edition of Cocoricò presents GALACTICA.

The party originates from Riccione's famous Cocoricò club and has brought a distinctly Italian influence to Tuesday nights at Eden during the 2026 summer.

The closing lineup features Fantasm, KARAH, SANTØS, Gianni Di Bernardo and Parsa.

The event is built around harder, late-night sounds and continues until the early hours, providing a very different atmosphere from the large-scale audiovisual productions taking place elsewhere on the island that week.

September marks the beginning of Ibiza's closing-party season

Although the arrival of September traditionally signals the end of the main Ibiza summer, the island's club calendar remains busy.

The events between September 3 and 15 show how different the closing period has become. Large international names sit alongside specialist parties, pool sessions, urban music events and established Ibiza institutions.

For visitors arriving in early or mid-September, this means the island still offers a substantial selection of nightlife despite the shift away from the peak August period.
