Discover one of Ibiza’s most traditional drinks by making your own bottle of Hierbas with Ibiza Outdoors on Saturday, September 26.

Starting at 10:00, the experience begins with a one-hour guided walk through the countryside near San Juan, following ancient paths and quiet country roads while collecting some of the herbs used to make the island’s famous digestive drink.

After the walk, participants head to Toby’s place for a one-hour workshop, where the freshly collected herbs are used to prepare their own bottle of Hierbas.

The activity is rated easy, although some sections of the five-kilometre route have loose stones. The experience combines a gentle countryside walk with a hands-on introduction to one of Ibiza’s traditional drinks.

Once prepared, the Hierbas needs to rest for approximately three months before it is ready to drink.
