Jack Kay, better known as the “Ibiza Final Boss,” has revealed plans for a potential Ibiza celebration with Anthony Joshua if the British heavyweight defeats Tyson Fury.

The social media personality, who became an internet sensation after going viral while partying in Ibiza in 2025, has struck up an unlikely friendship with Joshua and now says the pair could be heading back to the island for a post-fight celebration.

Speaking to The Sun, Kay joked that fans could see him and Joshua enjoying a night out in Ibiza if Joshua gets the better of Fury.

From Ibiza Viral Sensation to Boxing

Jack Kay became known around the world in 2025 after videos of him partying in Ibiza went viral.

His distinctive bowl haircut, sunglasses and energetic dancing quickly earned him the nickname “Ibiza Final Boss”, turning what began as a holiday moment into a major social media phenomenon.

The Newcastle native has since moved into the world of crossover boxing.

Kay made his Misfits Boxing debut earlier this year against rapper Jordan McCann, winning the fight on points. He is now preparing for another bout against Gareth Kelly, from the Bradford rap group Bad Boy Chiller Crew, in Newcastle on September 12.

How Jack Kay Met Anthony Joshua

Kay's connection with Joshua came through a mutual friend.

Following his boxing debut, Kay received a FaceTime call from the former unified heavyweight champion, who offered him encouragement and advice about his boxing career.

According to Kay, Joshua told him to keep training and said he believed he had the ability to go far in Misfits Boxing.

The encounter appears to have developed into an unexpected friendship between the two.

Kay has described Joshua as one of the biggest names he has ever met and said he considers it an honour to have his support.

The Ibiza Party Plan

Now Kay has revealed what could happen if Joshua eventually faces Tyson Fury and wins.

His answer is very much in keeping with the character that made him famous.

Kay said fans could see “me and AJ doing a little two-step in Ibiza” after a Joshua victory.

It is currently a playful suggestion rather than a confirmed Ibiza appearance.

But given Kay's connection to the island and his history of turning Ibiza nightlife into viral entertainment, the idea has obvious appeal.

Joshua vs Fury Is Still Uncertain

There is one important complication.

While the long-awaited Anthony Joshua vs Tyson Fury fight has been the subject of negotiations, the bout is not currently a fully settled event.

Both fighters have been linked to a potential November showdown, but a dispute over the venue has created uncertainty.

Recent reports say Joshua's side has preferred a UK venue, while organisers have pushed for a potential fight at Madison Square Garden in New York.

On September 7, Fury publicly claimed the Joshua fight was off and called for a potential trilogy with Oleksandr Usyk instead. However, Joshua's promoter Eddie Hearn subsequently rejected the suggestion that Joshua had withdrawn, saying that a legally binding agreement remains in place.

That means the Ibiza celebration remains firmly in the “if” category for now.

Ibiza Final Boss Has Bigger Boxing Plans Too

Kay's ambitions extend beyond his friendship with Joshua.

He has previously revealed that he is interested in appearing on a potential Misfits Boxing event in Ibiza.

In an interview with Sporf, Kay said he was in talks about a possible Misfits Ibiza card and described the idea of staging an event on the island as a dream.

He suggested that an Ibiza event could attract a huge crowd, potentially turning the island into the setting for another major chapter in his unusual rise from viral holidaymaker to crossover boxer.

Nothing has been officially confirmed regarding a Misfits Ibiza event, however.

From Viral Holidaymaker to Boxing Personality

Kay's story remains one of the more unusual examples of Ibiza's ability to create unexpected internet celebrities.

A video of him dancing in a San Antonio nightclub in 2025 turned him into a viral sensation.

Just over a year later, he is competing in boxing events, building relationships with major sports personalities and discussing the possibility of fighting on an Ibiza card.

And now, if Anthony Joshua eventually gets his showdown with Tyson Fury and comes away with the victory, Kay has another idea.

A return to the island where it all began.

For now, though, the Joshua-Fury fight itself still needs to be resolved before anyone can start planning the Ibiza after-party.
