The Fiestas de Cala de Bou and es Port des Torrent return to Sant Josep de sa Talaia from Friday, October 2 to Tuesday, October 20, 2026, with more than two weeks of activities combining live music, sport, tradition, gastronomy, family entertainment and community events.

The programme is organised for residents and visitors of different ages, with activities taking place around Cala de Bou, es Port des Torrent and the Auditori Caló de s’Oli. 

Sonorama Goes to Ibiza opens the programme

The celebrations begin on Friday, October 2 with Sonorama Goes to Ibiza at the Auditori Caló de s’Oli.

The event brings live music to the start of the festivities and is free to attend.

The musical programme includes Anabel Lee, Bouza vs Dylan, Comandante Twin, Éxtasis, Kitai, Modelo, Oslo Ovnies and Tenda. 

The following day, Saturday, October 3, the sporting programme continues with the Orienteering Race in es Port des Torrent.

Sport and solidarity on October 4

Sunday, October 4 combines sport with a charity event.

A petanque tournament will take place during the day, followed by the Gran Jornada Solidaria in aid of Ibiza IN.

The charity programme includes a traditional arroz de matanzas and a solidarity bingo. 

The fiestas' official proclamation

Friday, October 9 marks another important date in the programme with the official proclamation.

This year's proclamation will be delivered by the Asociación de Mujeres de Cala de Bou.

The event will also feature a performance of traditional ball pagès by the Grup Folklòric Sant Jordi de ses Salines, followed by music from the flamenco group A Mi Aire. 

Family activities and Cala de Bou Express

Saturday, October 10 is dedicated in large part to family entertainment.

The programme includes bouncy castles, magic, a children's party and the seventh edition of Cala de Bou Express, which connects participating bars and venues in the area with a musical route.

The official Sant Josep cultural programme lists Cala de Bou Express from 13:00 to 20:00, with live music and food available along the route. 

The evening programme moves to the outdoor area of the Auditori Caló de s’Oli, where DJ Javi Box and Queen Forever Tribute will perform. 

Artisan market and live music

On Sunday, October 11, the programme continues with an artisan market, children's activities, a family dance workshop and several dance performances.

The day's musical programme concludes with Querencia, an Ibiza-based group, performing at the venue. 

October 12 is the main day

Monday, October 12, a national public holiday, is the main day of the Cala de Bou festivities.

The programme includes a traditional Mass and other cultural and musical activities.

One of the main musical events is the sixth edition of Soul Food & Blues at the Auditori Caló de s’Oli.

This year's programme features American blues musician Will Jacobs and The Soul Connectors, alongside food inspired by Louisiana cuisine. 

More activities through October 20

The festivities continue after the main weekend.

From October 13 through October 20, the programme includes exhibitions, activities at the Cala de Bou Library, children's and family workshops, activities for older residents and other cultural and leisure events. 

This extended programme means the celebrations do not end with the October 12 main day.
