Sant Josep’s autumn film programme begins on 16 October with Payal Kapadia’s award-winning drama All We Imagine as Light, followed by independent cinema, a Halloween double bill and a special screening for 25 November.

Cinema lovers in Ibiza can look forward to the return of Divendres de Cine, the autumn film programme organised by Sant Josep de sa Talaia Town Council through its Department of Culture.

Running from 16 October to 18 December 2026, the programme features 11 films across 10 screening sessions, with most screenings taking place at the Can Jeroni Cultural Centre in Sant Josep.

The selection brings together international independent cinema, family stories, psychological drama, animation and films exploring social issues. All screenings are scheduled in their original language with Spanish subtitles, allowing audiences to experience each production in its intended language.

The programme also includes two special events: a Halloween horror double bill on 30 October and a screening connected with the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women on 27 November.
