OKU Ibiza hosts a special one-night culinary experience on Sunday, September 27, bringing together three chefs for Tokyo After Dark, a six-hands dinner inspired by the energy and flavours of Tokyo after sunset.

Starting at 20:00 at Teyo, the evening brings together Teyo's chefs Alex Todorov and Mark Vaessen with Walter Sidoravicius of Omakase by Walt in Ibiza and Japanese-Brazilian chef Yoshihito Mizuno of Sākas in Ghent.

The collaborative tasting menu explores Japanese cuisine through different culinary perspectives, combining traditional techniques with contemporary Japanese, Asian and South American influences.

Selected courses are paired with Moët & Chandon Champagnes, including a collection of rare vintages. The evening continues with an afterparty in OKU Ibiza's signature suite.

The experience costs €225 per person, including the set tasting menu and selected champagne pairings. Hotel guests receive a discounted price of €200.

The event is for adults aged 16 and over.
