Fiesta del Agua Turns Es Paradis Into a Giant Pool This Saturday

September 08, 2026

One of Ibiza's most recognisable party traditions returns to San Antonio this Saturday, September 12, as Fiesta del Agua brings its famous combination of dance music, water jets and summer chaos back to Es Paradis.

The party runs from 23:45 until 06:00, with tickets currently starting from €25 on Clubtickets. The event is strictly 18+ and there is no re-entry once guests leave the venue.

Fiesta del Agua is built around a simple but spectacular transformation. At intervals during the night, water jets are activated across Es Paradis' main dancefloor, turning the amphitheatre-style floor into a pool while the club's retractable roof opens above the crowd. The rest of the venue remains dry, so guests can choose whether to get involved or watch the spectacle from a safer distance.

The party has been part of the Es Paradis story for more than four decades and remains one of the San Antonio club's signature events. The concept is deliberately playful, with feel-good dance music, resident DJs and the sudden arrival of thousands of litres of water creating an experience that is very different from a conventional Ibiza club night.

There is no individual artist lineup published for the September 12 edition. The current event information lists resident DJs, with the focus instead on the Fiesta del Agua format itself. The party returns on Monday, September 14, before continuing on Saturdays and Mondays throughout the final weeks of the season.

September 12 is part of a particularly busy final stretch for the water party. Further dates are scheduled for September 14, 19, 21, 26 and 28, followed by October dates and the official closing party on October 17.

If you're planning to attend, the practical detail is important. Ibiza Spotlight recommends wearing swimwear underneath normal clothes rather than arriving at the entrance in swimwear alone, as guests dressed only for the pool may be refused entry. Floats, goggles and other water-party accessories are part of the fun, but the main dancefloor is the area that gets flooded.

For a Saturday night that is less about standing beside the DJ booth and more about becoming part of the spectacle, Fiesta del Agua remains one of Ibiza's most unusual experiences. On September 12, the music starts at 23:45, but the real moment comes when the water begins to fall and Es Paradis' dancefloor becomes a swimming pool.
