A new hospitality and lifestyle destination has taken shape in Playa d’en Bossa in 2026, bringing hotels, restaurants, fashion, art, wellness and events together under one development.

The Site Ibiza, developed by Palladium Hotel Group, incorporates two hotel concepts, BLESS Ibiza The Site and The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, alongside IBIZA Gallery and a growing collection of restaurants and lifestyle spaces.

BLESS Ibiza The Site opens with 461 rooms

The latest addition is BLESS Ibiza The Site, which opened in June 2026.

The five-star superior hotel has 461 rooms and was refurbished for its new role within The Site. Its interiors were designed by Lázaro Rosa-Violán Studio, with the hotel combining accommodation, restaurants, wellness facilities, pools, beach access and event spaces.

The hotel sits directly on Playa d’en Bossa and is around four kilometres from Ibiza Airport, according to Palladium Hotel Group's technical information.

Two hotels, one destination

The Site Ibiza brings together two different hotel concepts.

BLESS Ibiza The Site focuses on contemporary design, wellbeing and gastronomy, while The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel has a more entertainment-led identity.

The two properties form part of the same destination but retain distinct concepts and positioning.

The wider development also incorporates IBIZA Gallery, which combines fashion, art and cultural programming.

Its current retail and lifestyle offering includes brands such as Jil Sander, Missoni, Aesop, Orlebar Brown, Golden Goose, The Attico, Rick Owens, Roberto Cavalli and Swatch.

StreetXO brings Dabiz Muñoz to Ibiza

One of the most prominent new restaurant openings within The Site is StreetXO Ibiza.

Created by chef Dabiz Muñoz, the restaurant opened in June 2026 inside IBIZA Gallery.

The concept combines food, cocktails and a high-energy dining environment, with three main spaces: the Food Bar, Terrace and AISH cocktail bar.

StreetXO joins a broader collection of dining concepts across The Site.

An expanding restaurant collection

The current The Site Ibiza programme includes restaurants and culinary concepts associated with several internationally recognised chefs and brands.

These include Gordon Ramsay Hell's Kitchen, StreetXO Ibiza, COYA Ibiza, Leña Ibiza, Lobito de Mar, Sublimotion and TATEL Ibiza.

The destination also includes other food and beverage spaces, including The Oyster Caviar & Bar and rooftop venue Up Ibiza Sky Society.

The mix covers several styles, from Peruvian and Mediterranean cuisine to steakhouse dining, seafood and more theatrical gastronomic experiences.

Beyond the hotels

The Site has been designed as more than a hotel complex.

Its current concept combines accommodation with gastronomy, shopping, art, wellness and events, allowing some of its spaces to be used by visitors who are not staying in the hotels.

The Site's own information states that its restaurants, gastronomic spaces and lifestyle areas can be visited without being a hotel guest.

This makes the development relevant not only to overnight guests but also to visitors looking for dining, shopping, entertainment or cultural experiences in Playa d’en Bossa.

Art, fashion and lifestyle

IBIZA Gallery forms part of the destination's commercial and cultural offering.

The space brings together fashion brands, art and other lifestyle concepts, creating a shopping and cultural component alongside the hotels and restaurants.

Cardi Gallery is also part of the current offering, adding an art component to the development.

Wellness and events

Wellness is another part of The Site's concept.

BLESS Ibiza The Site includes a gym and wellness facilities, while the wider destination promotes spaces for events, private celebrations, corporate gatherings and other activities.

The combination allows the destination to operate across different parts of the day, from breakfast and wellness activities through to beach dining, shopping and evening restaurants.

A major new hospitality development in Playa d’en Bossa

The Site Ibiza represents a substantial addition to Playa d’en Bossa's existing hotel, restaurant and entertainment landscape.

Rather than being a single hotel opening, the project brings several different businesses and experiences together within one destination.

BLESS Ibiza The Site is the newest hotel element, while The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel, IBIZA Gallery and the wider dining programme form part of the broader concept.

For visitors, that means the destination now offers accommodation, restaurants, shopping, art, wellness and events within the same Playa d’en Bossa complex.

A new chapter for The Site Ibiza

The Site Ibiza is now operating as a multi-part destination rather than simply a hotel project.

With BLESS Ibiza The Site opening in 2026 and StreetXO joining the existing hospitality and entertainment offering, the development has added another large-scale luxury hospitality concept to Playa d’en Bossa.

Its longer-term impact on the area will depend on how the different hotels, restaurants, retail spaces and cultural programmes develop over the coming seasons.
