Ibiza Town is celebrating its culinary diversity this week as dTAPASxIBZ 2026 invites residents and visitors to discover creative tapas across participating bars and restaurants from Wednesday, October 21, through Sunday, October 25.

The second edition of the gastronomic route offers a chance to explore the city one restaurant at a time, with participating establishments presenting specially created tapas at prices ranging from €5 to €10.

Rather than taking place in one central venue, dTAPASxIBZ brings the experience directly to local hospitality businesses. Visitors can plan a route around Ibiza Town, discover new places to eat and sample individual dishes inspired by the creativity of the participating kitchens.

The competition also encourages public participation. Diners can vote for their favourite tapas through the official event app, which provides a map and practical information about the participating venues. A professional jury will also assess the entries, and the winning tapa will represent Ibiza at the National Tapas Championship in Valladolid.

Thursday provides another opportunity to explore the city's food scene during the autumn season, whether by stopping at one participating restaurant or planning a longer culinary route with friends.

Because each establishment follows its own opening hours, visitors should consult the official participating-restaurant information before setting out.
