Amnesia Ibiza will launch its 50th anniversary celebrations with a major Opening Party on Saturday May 9, marking half a century of the island institution. The 2026 season begins with a full venue takeover that reflects both the club’s legacy and its current direction across house, techno and underground sounds.
On the Terrace, a groove-led lineup will feature Caal, Ceri, Enzo Siragusa, Fleur Shore, Joseph Capriati, Josh Baker, Luke Dean, Mar-T, Marco Faraone, Max Dean and Seth Troxler. The Main Room shifts toward peak-time techno with 999999999, Alan Fitzpatrick, Amelie Lens, Fatima Hajji, Luca Donzelli and Luxi Villar.
The opening night marks the start of a year-long celebration as Amnesia turns 50 in 2026. Since opening in 1976, the club has played a central role in shaping Ibiza’s nightlife culture, evolving from its early days into one of the island’s most recognised dancefloors. Now ranked No.11 in DJ Mag’s Top 100 Clubs 2025, the venue plans a series of anniversary events across the season.
Ahead of the opening, Amnesia will also host a special Pyramid edition during IMS Ibiza on Friday April 24. Luciano and Sven Väth are set to headline, joined by Deborah De Luca, Shlømo, Saoirse, Clara Cuvé, CAAL and Katnada, linking the anniversary celebrations with one of the island’s key industry weeks.
The May 9 Opening Party stands as the first major moment of the 50th year. A night built around history, community and the shared ritual of the dancefloor, bringing together returning regulars and first-time visitors for one of the most anticipated openings of Ibiza 2026.
