Beautifully renovated in true Ibizan style, the finca stands as a timeless countryside retreat. Whitewashed interiors, classic proportions, and natural materials frame a home designed for relaxed island living. Inside, a comfortable living area with a fireplace flows into a fully equipped shared kitchen, while five generously sized bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, provide space and privacy for families or groups traveling together.

The finca is located approximately five minutes from the village of San Josep and enjoys open views across the surrounding valleys and mountains. Its location offers easy access to some of Ibiza’s most iconic landmarks, including Torre del Pirata, Es Vedrà Island, Cap Blanc Aquarium, and the protected Ses Salines Nature Reserve. Ibiza Airport is approximately 10 kilometers away, ensuring a smooth arrival. Nearby dining options include Sa Cuineta des Poble, Es Xarcu, and Es Galliner, while beaches such as Es Torrent, Ses Boques, Cala Jondal, Es Bol Nou, and Cala Molí are all within comfortable driving distance. Nature lovers will also appreciate the proximity to Sa Talaiassa, the highest point on the island.
