Solomun at the Port Hits 10 Years: Ibiza’s Free Celebration Returns
Ibiza’s much-loved open-air party, Solomun at the Port, is marking a decade of bringing people together under the stars. The event returns on Wednesday, 17 September 2025, for its 10th anniversary, back at the scenic Port of Ibiza.
A Decade of Giving Back
Launched in 2014, Solomun at the Port began as a simple idea: an annual free event to say thanks to local residents, workers, and businesses in the port area. What started modestly has blossomed into one of Ibiza’s most anticipated cultural evenings.
Over the years, the event has doubled in attendance, evolving into a staple of the island’s autumn calendar. Families, longtime islanders, newcomers, and music lovers alike gather together—blending community, gratitude, and Ibiza’s unique musical tradition.
Music, Community & Ibiza’s DNA
This year’s edition promises a full set from Solomun himself, delivering his signature melodic-house sound in the open air. The event is organized in collaboration with several local entities: the town council, Port neighbors, merchant associations, and other community groups, alongside Pacha Ibiza. Their joint effort keeps the party grounded in local values: inclusivity, connection, and respect for the environment.
The evening will run from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Attendees are reminded that Solomun at the Port is more than a music event—it’s a gathering that reflects the heart of Ibiza.
More Than a Party: A Tradition
Over ten years, this event has come to represent something special. It’s a tradition that honors Ibiza’s cultural roots, its people, and its music. It’s a moment of unity, where locals and visitors mingle freely, where clubs close for a while so everyone can enjoy the port, the sunset, and the shared joy of music.
With “Solomun at the Port” striking its 10-year tone this September, it’s not just an anniversary. It’s a reminder of what makes Ibiza more than a destination—it’s a community.
