FISHER Retains World’s No. 1 House DJ Title in DJ Mag Top 100 DJs 2026

07 de October de 2026

FISHER has been voted the World’s No. 1 House DJ in DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs 2026 poll, retaining the house music title for a second consecutive year.

The Australian DJ and producer was recognised during the DJ Mag LIVE event at [UNVRS] Ibiza on Tuesday, October 6, where the full Top 100 DJs 2026 results were revealed.

FISHER also placed No. 9 overall in the global poll, two positions lower than his No. 7 ranking in 2025.

Back at the top of the house rankings

FISHER has established himself as one of the defining names in modern tech-house since breaking through internationally with his 2018 hit “Losing It.”

His energetic productions, distinctive personality and highly animated performances have helped turn him into one of the most recognisable artists in contemporary house music.

His latest Top 100 DJs result confirms that he remains the highest-ranked house DJ in the 2026 poll.

Another major Ibiza season

Ibiza once again played an important role in FISHER's year.

The Australian returned to [UNVRS] Ibiza for another residency during the 2026 season, bringing a rotating selection of guests to the club.

Among the artists joining him were Loco Dice, KI/KI, Maceo Plex and Sally C, alongside other special guests.

The residency continued FISHER's strong connection with the island after his previous seasons at some of Ibiza's biggest venues.

A busy international festival year

Away from Ibiza, FISHER performed at some of the world's major electronic music festivals during 2026.

His schedule included appearances at Tomorrowland, Creamfields, Ultra Europe, Escapade and FVDED In The Park.

He also expanded his own festival project, TRIIP Festival, which took place in Malta.

The combination of his touring schedule, Ibiza residency and continued releases helped maintain his position among the most visible house artists on the international circuit.

From “Losing It” to global success

FISHER first entered the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs poll in 2019 and has climbed steadily since then.

“Losing It” became his breakthrough global hit and played a major role in bringing tech-house further into the mainstream electronic music conversation.

Since then, he has released music through his own CATCH & RELEASE label and collaborated with artists across house and electronic music.

His performances have also become known for their high-energy atmosphere and unpredictable stage moments, adding a strong entertainment element to his DJ sets.

No. 9 in the world

Although FISHER has retained the World’s No. 1 House DJ title, his overall ranking moved from No. 7 in 2025 to No. 9 in 2026.

DJ Mag's 2026 Top 10 is led by David Guetta at No. 1, followed by Martin Garrix, Anyma, Alok, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Charlotte de Witte, Armin van Buuren and Timmy Trumpet, with FISHER at No. 9 and Vintage Culture at No. 10.

David Guetta was also crowned the World's No. 1 DJ for a record sixth time at the Ibiza ceremony.

A second consecutive house title

FISHER's latest award continues his run as the leading house DJ in the DJ Mag poll.

His 2026 result comes after another major year of touring, festival appearances and Ibiza performances, while his overall No. 9 position keeps him firmly inside the global Top 10.

For the second year running, the Australian leaves the DJ Mag Top 100 DJs ceremony with the World’s No. 1 House DJ title.
