Ibiza Spotlight is celebrating its 50th anniversary with a special free party at Dalt Vila on Saturday, October 17, bringing a late-season celebration to one of Ibiza Town’s historic fortifications.

The event will take place at Baluarte de Sant Pere, where Ibiza Spotlight will host its own stage as part of Hippy House’s One Last Summer Dance. The celebration will run into the evening, with the main programme scheduled from 17:00 until midnight and the Ibiza Spotlight stage from 18:00.

A 50th Anniversary Celebration in Dalt Vila

Ibiza Spotlight, which is marking five decades in 2026, has chosen Baluarte de Sant Pere as the setting for its anniversary celebration.

The company says this will be the first time the specific bastion has been used for a party, adding another element to an event designed to extend Ibiza’s late-season activity beyond the traditional closing weekend.

Admission to the Ibiza Spotlight anniversary party is free, with no ticket required for the Spotlight stage according to the current event information. The wider One Last Summer Dance is also advertised as free, with guest-list registration available.

Ibiza Spotlight Stage

The Ibiza Spotlight stage will run at Baluarte de Sant Pere from 18:00 until midnight, with a line-up combining DJs connected to the platform, longtime island residents and friends of the company.

The confirmed line-up includes:

• Kellie Allen

• Lissy Lübeck

• Timo B2B Midge

• Kieran Goodacre

• Ilvhann

Kellie Allen is scheduled for the headline slot, while Lissy Lübeck, Timo, Midge, Kieran Goodacre and Ilvhann will also perform during the evening.

The event listing currently gives the Spotlight stage as running from 18:00 to 23:59, although the organisers' announcement says the exact running times remain subject to confirmation.

Hippy House's One Last Summer Dance

The anniversary party forms part of Hippy House’s One Last Summer Dance, taking place at Parc Reina Sofía at the foot of Dalt Vila.

The wider event is scheduled from 17:00 until midnight and features a second line-up of DJs, including Manu Gonzalez B2B Francisco Allendes, Leyo, Davalo B2B Delum, Rober Peinado, Neliah Kandisha and Cortezz.

The two stages are located close to each other, allowing visitors to move between the Parc Reina Sofía programme and the Ibiza Spotlight stage at Baluarte de Sant Pere.

The event information also lists food trucks, drinks, a children's area, an artisan market and live artistic performances as part of the wider celebration.

After Party at Funky Room

The celebrations will continue after the Dalt Vila event with an official after-party at Funky Room in Ibiza Town.

The after-party is scheduled to begin from midnight and will continue into the early hours.

The venue is within walking distance of Baluarte de Sant Pere, making it the final stop of the anniversary celebration after the outdoor events finish.

Extending the Ibiza Season

The October 17 celebration comes after the island's main closing-party weekend and forms part of a wider push to extend the season into the later part of October.

For Ibiza Spotlight, the event also marks a major milestone for a company that has been covering Ibiza and connecting visitors with the island for five decades.

The organisers are inviting former and current staff, longtime clients, customers, members of the online community and island residents to join the anniversary celebration.
