NCalma Hotels Extends Ibiza Season Through October With Three Restaurants

28 de September de 2026

NCalma Hotels is extending its 2026 season in Ibiza through the end of October, keeping three of its hotels and their associated restaurants operating into the autumn.

The group, which operates Aguas de Ibiza, Nativo Hotel Ibiza and Bonito Ibiza, is placing a particular focus on gastronomy during the final weeks of the season, with Maymanta, Humo and Cielito forming the main restaurant offer.

Three hotels remain open into autumn

NCalma's three Ibiza properties have different identities but are being presented together as part of the group's extended-season programme.

Aguas de Ibiza, located in Santa Eulària, combines accommodation, wellness and gastronomy close to the marina and Mediterranean coastline.

Nativo Hotel Ibiza offers a more relaxed setting built around open spaces, natural materials and an emphasis on outdoor living.

Bonito Ibiza takes a more contemporary and social approach, with a design-led setting aimed at a more informal style of stay.

Maymanta brings Peruvian cuisine to Santa Eulària

At Aguas de Ibiza, Maymanta continues its focus on Peruvian cuisine with a contemporary interpretation of traditional flavours, ingredients and techniques.

The restaurant's menu includes ceviches, tiraditos and dishes designed for sharing.

Its rooftop setting also provides views across Santa Eulària and the Mediterranean, making the restaurant part of the wider dining experience rather than simply an extension of the hotel.

Humo puts the focus on fire

At Nativo Hotel Ibiza, Humo takes a different culinary direction.

The restaurant centres its cooking around fire and embers, with a menu built around produce treated with relatively simple techniques and flavours designed for sharing.

The concept reflects the hotel's broader positioning around natural materials, open-air spaces and a more relaxed approach to Ibiza.

Cielito combines Mexico and the Mediterranean

Cielito, at Bonito Ibiza, brings a different style to the group's autumn restaurant offer.

The concept combines Mexican influences with Mediterranean elements, with a menu and setting designed around sharing, social dining and a more informal atmosphere.

The restaurant is presented as a destination in its own right, rather than an offer aimed exclusively at hotel guests.

A later-season focus on gastronomy

NCalma is using September and October to place greater emphasis on food, dining and the hotel experience.

The group says the quieter period after the peak summer months offers an opportunity to experience Ibiza at a different pace, with longer meals, outdoor dining and more relaxed stays forming part of the autumn proposition.

This is a commercial positioning from the hotel group rather than a measurement of island-wide tourism conditions.

Extending the season beyond August

Keeping hotels and restaurants open later into October forms part of the wider effort by Ibiza businesses to extend activity beyond the traditional peak summer period.

For hospitality operators, the final weeks of the season provide an opportunity to continue serving visitors and residents after August, while offering a different type of experience as the island becomes quieter.

NCalma is placing accommodation and restaurants together at the centre of that approach.

Three different hotel experiences

Although the hotels operate under the same group, NCalma presents each property with a distinct character.

Aguas de Ibiza is positioned around wellness, Mediterranean surroundings and a more sophisticated style of hospitality.

Nativo Hotel Ibiza has a more relaxed and informal identity, with its architecture and open spaces designed around outdoor living.

Bonito Ibiza takes a contemporary approach with a stronger social element.

The three properties therefore provide different accommodation settings while sharing the same extended-season strategy.

Restaurants open beyond hotel guests

The group's autumn programme also highlights its restaurants as destinations for people who are not necessarily staying at the hotels.

That approach allows the restaurants to operate as independent parts of Ibiza's dining scene, giving local residents and visitors an opportunity to use the venues without booking accommodation.

Maymanta, Humo and Cielito consequently form a significant part of the group's late-season offer.

September and October dining in Ibiza

The extension comes at a point in the year when Ibiza's hospitality calendar begins to change.

The island remains active, but many seasonal businesses start reducing their schedules or preparing to close after the main summer period.

NCalma's decision to remain active through the end of October keeps its three hotels and restaurant concepts available during these later weeks of the 2026 season.

The 2026 season continues into October

For NCalma Hotels, the extended programme provides another month of activity beyond the main summer peak.

The group is combining its accommodation offer with three distinct restaurant concepts, covering Peruvian cuisine at Maymanta, fire-led cooking at Humo and Mexican-Mediterranean influences at Cielito.

With the three hotels and their restaurant offer scheduled to continue until the end of October, the group is extending its Ibiza operation into the final weeks of the 2026 season.
